Práce nazírá na problematiku lesního hospodářství ČR ze dvou základních tématických celků -- lesy a vlastnictví. V důsledku jejich spojení získává originální nádech teoretického zamyšlení nad specifikami státního a soukromého vlastnictví lesů a jejich rozdílnostmi. Nedílnou součástí je aplikace těchto rozdílností z hlediska ekonomického, právního a politického do praktického prostředí v lesním hospodářství. Práce přináší možné způsoby dalšího vývoje na základě známých plánovaných vládních kroků a opatření a poskytuje závěrečné zhodnocení této problematiky. The text looks on the forest management of the Czech republic of the two basic thematic units -- forests and ownership. In consequence of their connection there is original theoretical reflection on specificities of public and private ownership of forest and also on their differencies. Integral part of this text is aplication into practical surrounding of forestry from economic, law and political points of view. The text shows some possibilities of ways of further development on the basis of the known government actions and provides a final assessment of this issue.
