Tématem této bakalářské práce je analýza hospodaření dvou nejvýznamnějších státních podniků se státními lesy ČR, Lesy ČR, s.p. a Vojenské lesy a statky ČR, s.p.. Je důležité zabývat se otázkami správného hospodaření s lesy, protože zdravé lesy jsou vizitkou každé moderní společnosti. Proto se ve své práci chci zabývat touto tématikou, neboť neexistuje dostatek zdrojů, které by vůbec tuto problematiku řešily. V teoretické části této práce uvedu historii státního vlastnictví lesů na území ČR, definuji základní ekonomické ukazatele a právní rámec nutný pro pochopení hospodaření státních podniků. V této části bude také popsáno, jak by měl takový státní podnik v roce 2009 pracovat a hospodařit. V analytické části práce bude samotná analýza hospodaření, dvou výše zmíněných podniků, porovnání jejich ekonomických výsledků a popis aktuálních a dlouhodobých problémů, vycházející především z právního rámce pro činnosti státních podniků. Například problémy spojené s vlastnictvím majetku státních podniků, jejich statutárními orgány, dozorčí radou a dodávkami prací a služeb od externích subjektů. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit analýzu a vyhodnocení hospodaření Lesů ČR a Vojenských lesů a statků v současných platných právních podmínkách a ukázat, že i když dva ve shodném právním a ekonomickém prostředí "dělají" totéž, výsledky mohou být odlišné. Theme of this bachelor work is the analyse of economy of the most important state public enterprise with state forest in Czech Republic, LČR and VLS. Is important to deal with questions about right forest economy, because healthily forest is business card of each moderns communities. That's why I focus in my work this theme, because does not exist sufficiency of resources, which solve this dilemma. In the theoretical part of this work I point out history of state property of forest in the Czech Republic, defining basic economic indicators and the law frame necessary to understand economy of state public enterprise. In this part will be described, how this state public enterprise could be worked and managed in 2009. In the annalistic part of work will be analyse of economy two state public enterprise, confrontation of their economic results and description of actual and long-term problems, which are caused especially in law frame for activities of state public enterprise. For example problems adherent to property of assets of state public enterprise, their statutory body, supervisory board and supply of work and services from extern subject. The goal of this work is appraise analyse and evaluate economy situation of LČR and VLS in valid law conditions in present-day and show, that when two do same thing in same law and economic background , the results does not be same.
