Qualification structure of population versus unemployment in the Czech Republic

The economic policy of the Czech Republic is battled with rigidities of labour market, which decline its flexibility. One of this rigidities is inconvenient structure of potential skilled labour force. This thesis is also aimed at its analysis compared with actual needs of labour market. In theoretical part of this thesis are presented characteristics of the Czech educational system and qualification structure of population. The practical part is dedicated to the labour market -- its needs and discrepancies between suply and demand, which are caused by inconvenient qaulification structure of population. The pivot of this thesis is emphasis on lifelong learning, which is getting necessity today. As a result of this thesis are suggestions of possible solutions to shortage of skilled labour force.

The structure of education on the Czech labour market

This thesis deals with the structure of the Czech labour market and is mainly focused on the role of education. First part describes historical discrepancies between supply and demand of the labour force, its causes and economic development consequences. It is shown here how education and economic development are related as well as how level of education influences living standard of an individual. Second part focuses on current requierements of the Czech employers regarding specialization and reached level of education. The aim is to find causes and consequences of labour market disequilibrium. The thesis considers pros and cons of current increase of graduates in the Czech Republic compared to the European Union. The thesis concludes with a forecast in this area.

The analysis of business obstruction of soletraders and small enterproseres

The aim of the thesis is comparative analysis. I compare part of the index of economic freedom concerned business freedom and labour market, with public inquiry research of entrepreneurial costs connected with state regulation. I focus on the corruption theme and it's influence to the economic freedom. In the first part I describe basic researches of economic freedom. In the second and third part I attend to theory of labour market and business regulation. I describe situation of entrepreneurs in the Czech republic, their problems and expenses connected with state administrative and bureaucracy and also their troubles with employees hiring at labour market. The thesis come to conclusion about excessive corruption disutility, expenses of taxes and entry to business.

Foreigners on the Czech labour market (example of the Ukrainian circular migration)

Cirkulární migrace představuje nový celosvětový fenomén, který rozvíjí princip dvojí výhry ? tedy zisk pro zdrojovou i hostitelskou zemi pracovní migrace. Pracovní migrace je dnes častým projevem na českém trhu práce, který se v budoucnu z ekonomických ale zejména z demografických důvodů neobejde bez cizinců. Výraznou úlohu zde přitom hrají pracovní migranti z Ukrajiny, jejichž vliv na českou ekonomickou, sociální i kulturní sféru je předmětem zkoumání. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem, ekonomickými, sociálními a právními aspekty a negativními i pozitivními dopady cirkulární migrace na Českou republiku.

Socioeconomic analysis of Central Bohemia region

This diploma describes basic socioeconomic characterictics of Region of Central Bohemia. It focuses mainly on demography, labour market, social and technical infrastructure and macroeconomics in this region. In theoretical part are mentioned the basic facts from these branches. In analytical part are described time progress mainly in years 2000 -- 2006, comparsion of subregions in Region of Central Bohemia, comparsion of other regions in Czech Republic and the dependence between indicators of particular parts. From knowledges has been made SWOT analysis and has been suggested arrangements for following developement of the region.

Short-time prediction of the leading factors of the Czech labour market

The diploma work analyses the leading factors of the Czech labour market. Firstly, it analyses and assesses an impact of individual factors on the labour force during the period lasting from 1997 till 2007 and it searches for the reasons regarding each variable progress. Moreover it aspires to identify possible mutual dependences between various indicators that formulate better position for the following outlook. Secondly, the work provides a short-time prediction of the most important factors that will probably affect the quantity of the labour force in the Czech Republic in course of following years. After the quantity prediction the work explains consequences regarding possible affection of the national economy's growth and identifies possible opportunities and threats connected with the changing structure of the Czech labour force.

Mzda jako cena na trhu práce - deformace na trhu práce

Tato bakalářská práce představuje nejrozšířenější teoretické modely, pomocí kterých lze popsat fungování trhu práce. Speciální pozornost je věnována zásahům státu a odborů a důsledkům těchto zásahů, tak jak vyplývají z uvedených modelů. Následně jsou tyto teoretické závěry porovnány s empirickými daty. Pro toto porovnání bylo využito již existujících studií jak zahraničních, tak českých autorů. Pozornost je věnována hlavně dopadu minimální mzdy na zaměstnanost jednotlivých skupin obyvatel a na příjmy chudých domácností. Dále se tato práce zabývá dopady působení odborů na mzdy a zaměstnanost odborově organizovaných i neorganizovaných pracovníků. Závěr této práce naznačuje, že negativní vliv státu a odborů na zaměstnanost je poměrně nízký. Současně se však většina studií shoduje, že nenachází ani pozitivní dopady těchto regulačních opatření.

The diploma work deals with marketing activities of Tchibo Praha, spol. s r. o., selling not only coffee at the Czech market but also develops a specific concept of sale of consumer goods. The work includes the analysis of existing marketing activities of the company. The market research follows afterwards. The whole work is headed to evaluation of the Tchibo Praha position at the coffee market and especially at the consumer goods' market. After finding certain imperfections there are determined recommendations for further company development.

Mobilita pracovních sil v EU po zapojení střední a východní Evropy do vnitřního trhu EU

Popis geografické pracovní mobility se zaměřením na období od vstupu deseti nových členských států do EU v roce 2004 do roku 2007. Kromě popisu hlavních proudů pracovních sil (tedy rozdělení oblasti na vysílající a hostitelské země) či důvodů využívání pracovní mobility občany EU je v práci uvedena typizace ?pracovně-mobilního Evropana ?, tedy charakteristika skupiny, která k pracovní mobilitě nejvíce tíhne, dále jaké zásady a pravidla tuto skupinu v mobilitě podporují a jaké jsou jejich hlavní překážky.
