This thesis, consists of summering basic knowledge about absorption factor, methods for its measuring and construction of impedance tube for measuring with chosen method. Besides that, this thesis i salso about measuring absorbtion factor of available materials in this tube, and proposing laboratory task about absorbtion factor measurement, which should use crafted measuring equipment.
Gloves with motion sensors
Findejsová, Anna ; Cicková, Pavlína (referee) ; Janoušek, Oto (advisor)
Bachelors thesis deals with design and realization of a glove with flex sensors. This thesis summarizes problematics of resistive sensors, describes their principles and using. Then deals with brief upper limb anatomy and degrees of freedom. Theoretical base is stated in chapter one and then used in chapters two, three and four, that describe the design and realization of hardware and software. The principle is based on capturing the flection of the fingers by using flex sensors connected to the Arduino development board and their visualization. The output of this thesis is a laboratory task for teaching senzorics, which is designed for using one flex sensor.
Use of a programmable logic controller in teaching process
Malý, Jan ; Knobloch, Jan (referee) ; Červinka, Dalibor (advisor)
Bachelor thesis is divided into four parts. First part concentrates on programming languages used for programming a PLC. These are divided into graphical and text languages. Graphical languages consist of ladder diagram and function block diagram. Text languages are Structured text and instruction list. Each of these languages are described in subchapters. Second part deals with description of three laboratory tasks. The last part contains pictures a information about laboratory task’s made equipment.
Side channel attacks on chip cards
Matějka, Jiří ; Morský, Ondřej (referee) ; Martinásek, Zdeněk (advisor)
This master thesis deals about the issues of chip cards’ side channels. Side channels are new method in cryptanalysis. Unlike classical cryptanalysis, which looks for weaknesses of mathematical structure of algorithms, side channel’s analysis use weaknesses of physical implementation of these algorithms. First part describes chip cards, their usage a security. There is mentioned the issue of cryptographic algorithms and their implementation on smart cards. There are described well-known side channels and examples of their abuse. Practical part of this thesis is focused on a proposal of a laboratory task, which demonstrates power-based side channel attack on smart card. There is designed laboratory workplace for this task, software for measurement and analysis is implemented in development tool LabVIEW. In the last part is this attack realized, the target of this attack is a standard SIM card.
Design of small-size data networks with advanced services
Vaněk, Jiří ; Kubánková, Anna (referee) ; Novotný, Vít (advisor)
The main objective of this thesis is to get acquainted with the field of designing professional data networks and with typical network service required at these networks. A basic description of network hierarchy and of network elements is part of this thesis. At the same time, individual network services and their usage are defined. At the latter part of the thesis there is a suggestion of design creation steps and of service implementation. Further on, the thesis describes a real design of a laboratory task and it’s practical implementation. Detailed guidelines how to complete a laboratory task are part of this thesis.

Laboratory model "Liquid Tanks" innovation
Škapa, Antonín ; Fiedler, Petr (referee) ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with innovation of laboratory exercise „Tanks“. There are described the most used sensors and actuators including means of connection to PLC. The ANSI/ISA S88 and ANSI/ISA S95 standards are depicted as well with emphasis on key performace indicators. Technological tanks are documented here including industrial use examples since the laboratory exercise „tanks“ works with model of a technological tank. Furthermore there are briefly analyzed PLC programming languages, especially SCL. In the end, there is the laboratory exercise assigment with technological scheme and attention of error states.
Laboratory device focused on the switched capacitor circuits
Urban, Lukáš ; Šotner, Roman (referee) ; Petržela, Jiří (advisor)
This Master`s thesis is focused on through acquaintance of principles of the function circuits with switched capaticors and posibility of their application mainly in frequency filters or signal generators. The origin of the switched capacitor circuits is mentioned at the beginning of the work. There are references to the first scientific work and scientists who have dealt with this issue. Maxwell`s idea: lossy element (resistor) replace with lossless element (switched capacitor) in electric circuit, is further described. In the next chapter of this work are listed types of switching capacitors and their use in simple RC filters and in structures of inverted or noninverted integrators and their application in more complex higher order filters. The advantages and disadvantages of SC circuits versus circuit composed of discrete components are shown. It is also listed a simple low-pass switched RC filter implemented with analogue multiplexer 4053. Using the LTC1043 integrated circuit, which structure and properties are described and analyzed in detail in the work, the 1st order aktive or pasive low and high pass filters were designed and subsequently simulated in the computer simulator OrCAD PSpice v.10. Another chapter deals with the integrated circuits higher order filters, structure and properties of the integrated filter LTC1060 are further analyzed here. Except this IC there are mentioned integrated filters commercially less available from the corporations Linear Technology and Maxim. The main objective of thesis was to propose and establish laboratory device and laboratory measurment focused on the switched capacitor circuits. The laboratory device has been designed with integrated circuits LTC1043 and LTC1060, which is demonstrated by using passive and active integrator, 2nd order band-pass and 4th order band-pass with Chebyshevovou approximation.
