Tato práce se zabývá inovací laboratorní úlohy „Tanky“. Jsou zde popsány nejpoužívanější senzory a aktuátory, včetně možností jejich připojení k PLC. Je rozebrána a pospána problematika normy ANSI/ISA S88 BATCH a ANSI/ISA S95 MES, kde jsou zvláště rozebrány výkonové ukazatele KPI. Jelikož úloha „Tanky“ pracuje s modelem technologického tanku, jsou zde tyto zdokumentované včetně příkladů použití v průmyslu. Dále jsou zde objasněny programovací jazyky pro PLC, zejména SCL. Nakonec je popsáno samotné zadání úlohy včetně technologického schématu a ošetření chybových stavů. This bachelor thesis deals with innovation of laboratory exercise „Tanks“. There are described the most used sensors and actuators including means of connection to PLC. The ANSI/ISA S88 and ANSI/ISA S95 standards are depicted as well with emphasis on key performace indicators. Technological tanks are documented here including industrial use examples since the laboratory exercise „tanks“ works with model of a technological tank. Furthermore there are briefly analyzed PLC programming languages, especially SCL. In the end, there is the laboratory exercise assigment with technological scheme and attention of error states.
