Urban Analysis of the Town of Telč with Focus on the Quality of Space

The main topic of the bachelor thesis is public space. The theoretical part conveys a view of the individual anchoring of public space and the aspects that occur in it. At the same time, the historical development of the town of Telč, in which the analysed place addressed in the practical part is located, is briefly described. Finally, the theoretical part is supplemented by individual qualitative elements that must be considered when designing, analysing and reconstructing public space. The practical part deals with the analysis of the selected public space, where the place itself is delimited and gradually analysed, for example in terms of building height, greenery, furniture or surfaces.

The Order Processing in The Selected Company

The bachelor thesis deals with the course of the contract in the selected company PRAVAN, spol. s.r.o. On the basis of the information obtained, it describes its current situation, from the receipt of the order, through the entire production process, to the final dispatch of the finished product. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to propose corrective measures that will lead to optimization of the order process in the company and minimization of delays in contract deadlines.

Tracking of graduates of secondary vocational schools

Regular evaluation of graduates' satisfaction with the school and the quality of education provided is one of the important tools of quality management in education. Through regular and targeted tracing of former pupils, it is possible to detect mismatches between education and labour market requirements, but also to identify facts that can improve the quality of school education and provide valuable feedback to school management. The thesis on "Tracking of secondary school leavers" is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the definitions and basic concepts related to this topic. These include, for example, concepts such as pupil and graduate, the education system in the Czech Republic, school climate and the influence of school climate on pupil satisfaction or factors influencing the choice of school. The aim of the thesis is to find out how former pupils are satisfied with the school they graduated from, the quality of education they received, how they evaluate the contribution of the education they received to their further studies and professional career and to translate these findings into recommendations for school management. The influence of nitrogen fertilization on the wheat quality

The theme of this Diploma's thesis was wheat grain quality parameters as a function of nitrogen fertilization. For this purpose, four varieties of winter wheat were chosen (Crossway, Megan, Kalbex and Bonanza) and small scale experiment was coducted on the grounds of the South Bohemian University in Ceske Budejovice. The monitored indicators were the quantity of ear per m2, quantity of grain in the ear, weight of thousand grains, yield of individual varieties, content of nitrogen substances, wet gluten content, sedimentation value and falling number. The nitrogen fertilization rates were set as follows: 50 kg.ha-1, 90 kg.ha-1, 120 kg.ha-1.

Harmonized FMEA analysis

The target of the diploma thesis on „Harmonized FMEA analysis“ is to familiarize with principles of quality planning and studying the theory of existing APQP tools. Another goal is to learn the basics of the new manual of harmonized FMEA analysis and discover some available SW tools for project support. This diploma thesis will be focused mainly on DFMEA analysis of traction assembly and the concept of changing to new harmonized version from VDA/AIAG will be explained. This concept meets the requirements for clear and comprehensible output required by the manufacturer, supplier, and customer. The diploma thesis is elaborated as a detailed clear guide for easier processing of FMEA according to the new manual.

Statistical analysis in quality management

The goal of this thesis is to create a literary research on the methods of statistical data processing in the field of quality management and to make their overview along with the possibilities of using them. A practical example shows how to determine manufacturing process stability and qualification determining, using the Shewhart’s control chart and capability indexes. This methodics should serve as a guideline for manufacturing process evaluation. As a brief summary of generally used statistical data processing methods, this thesis should serve all, who are engaged in quality management.

The Application of Fuzzy Logic for Rating of Suppliers for the Firm

Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh vhodné metody, jak vyhodnotit dodavatele modelů letadel a leteckého příslušenství holandské společnosti Aviation Megastore. Tato polečnost existuje na trhu již více než 25 let a má více než 170 dodavatelů po celém světě. Proto vznikla potřeba jednotlivé výrobce a distributory ohodnotit a zvážit jejich vývoj během jednotlivých let, případně u některých vybraných dodavatelů zvážit vzhledem k neuspokojivým výsledkům možnost ukončení spolupráce. Pro vyhodnocení bude použit program MS Excel a MATLAB.
