Technological stage of the rough superstructure of an library in Veselí nad Moravou
Vančo, Lenny ; Průcha, Aleš (referee) ; Šlanhof, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of my bachelor's thesis is to develop a technological project for the technological stage of the rough upper structure. For this work, I chose the construction of a new library in the town of Veselí nad Moravou. The project was created by Ing. Katarína Božková as part of her diploma thesis at the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Brno University of Technology. It is a public amenity building. The library also includes a bookstore and a café. The technological prescription is prepared for reinforced concrete monolithic ceilings. Additionally, I will address the logistics of transportation routes, the bill of quantities, the design of the construction site setup, the selection of machinery, work safety, the inspection and testing plan, and the schedule plan.
Design and implementation of display sniffer on embedded targets
Takýto prístup by mohol nájsť uplatnenie v priemysle a prispieť k zlepšeniu kvality a efektívnosti kontroly kvality integrovaných systémov.
Use of an automatic camera system for assembly quality control
Rajnštajn, Jakub ; Hejkrlík, Lukáš (referee) ; Zháňal, Lubor (advisor)
The presented thesis is focused on automation of the assembly quality inspection at the assembly hall M1 in Škoda Auto a.s., Mladá Boleslav. In the first part, the main elements of Industry 4.0 are mentioned, especially artificial intelligence and machine learning, then the project Direct Quality Feedback is introduced, which is a good example of Industry 4.0 in Škoda Auto. The next section shows selected camera-based inspections operating across industrial enterprises. Thereafter, individual locations within the assembly area on the M1 hall, that are potentially suitable for the installation of an automated inspections, are presented, with three of them selected for realization. First of them is wheels inspection, where the solution utilises both hardware and software made by the KEYENCE company. The second case is the inspection of door panels, where the evaluation logic and the individual parts to be inspected have been determined, but till the handover of this thesis, the project wasn’t finalised due to ongoing negotiations over investment and regular overhead costs funding. The last use case is the damper cover inspection, which was chosen to demonstrate a solution that will be easily transferable within the plant and adjustable to another inspection area in a short time frame. This has been implemented in two ways – the first uses Basler's Pylon vTolls software, the second uses MATLAB.
Extension of Stores and Cloakrooms in Frýdek-Místek, Gross Superstructure
Hlinšťák, Filip ; Patloka, Jiří (referee) ; Šlanhof, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the technological phase of implementing the upper shell construction of an extension of stores and cloakrooms. The main supporting element is a prefabricated reinforced concrete frame. Roof structure is made from trapezoidal sheet and prestressed concrete slab.
Machine vision for product inspection
Strach, Petr ; Bražina, Jakub (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with machine vision in connection with robotic production systems. The theoretical part deals with machine vision hardware, principles and characteristics of machine vision, typical tasks in connection with machine vision, robot guidance using a camera, logical tasks for image processing in the TwinCAT program. The practical part focuses on the design of a robotic workplace with a camera to control the rotation of the part. This workplace was first put into operation virtually and then tested at a real workplace.
Machine vision for robot guidance
Grepl, Pavel ; Szabari, Mikuláš (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
Master's thesis deals with the design, assembly, and testing of a camera system for localization of randomly placed and oriented objects on a conveyor belt with the purpose of guiding a robot on those objects. The theoretical part is focused on research in individual components making a camera system and on the field of 2D and 3D localization of objects. The practical part consists of two possible arrangements of the camera system, solution of the chosen arrangement, creating testing images, programming the algorithm for image processing, creating HMI, and testing the complete system.
Technological solution for the education complex in Brno
Blažek, David ; Mohapl,, Martin (referee) ; Lízal, Petr (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with construction of the gross building of new building of learning complex FEKT VUT in Brno. It contains the design of earthworks, underground setting piles, monolithic structures and isolation of the building for further construction. Construction and technological project includes technical report, time and financial plan of construction, study of the implementation of major technological stages of site preparation, budget of facilities, technological regulation to solved stages, inspection and test plan of monolithic structures, health and safety plan and energy label of objects.
Analysis of Competitors Fight in Business Technology Sector
Kreps, Jakub ; Špíšek, Jiří (referee) ; Bartes, František (advisor)
The thesis analyses competitive environment of suppliers of concurrent quality control technology in industrial enterprises and research laboratories. The thesis provides concepts for a creation of competitive advantages and related higher evaluation of costs and diferentiation than competition. Further it compares technologies from various manufacturers, comparing economical and technical parametres. The evaluation of results follows a presentation of approachs to achieve the most efficient competitors fight management. The thesis also include prognosis of future conditions in the business technology sector on Czech and Slovak market and concept of an appropriate format of effective competitive intelligence. In conclusion there is a presentation of a quality and quantity concept evaluation with emphasis on economic gain of presented solution.
Deep Neural Networks for Defect Detection
Juřica, Tomáš ; Herout, Adam (referee) ; Hradiš, Michal (advisor)
The goal of this work is to bring automatic defect detection to the manufacturing process of plastic cards. A card is considered defective when it is contaminated with a dust particle or a hair. The main challenges I am facing to accomplish this task are a very few training data samples (214 images), small area of target defects in context of an entire card (average defect area is 0.0068 \% of the card) and also very complex background the detection task is performed on. In order to accomplish the task, I decided to use Mask R-CNN detection algorithm combined with augmentation techniques such as synthetic dataset generation. I trained the model on the synthetic dataset consisting of 20 000 images. This way I was able to create a model performing 0.83 AP at 0.1 IoU on the original data test set.
Machine vision for the check of moldings
Grepl, Pavel ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
Bachelor's thesis deals with the design of arrangement of an automatic inspection unit for specified products using machine vision. The theoretical part is focused on specification of the inspection system and research in the area of machine vision components, such as cameras, lens and illumination. The practical part consists of multiple possible arrangements of the inspection unit. Solutions of the chosen arrangements, including programming and testing the application using Vision Assistant software. Finally, economic evaluation of the automation of the quality inspection using machine vision has been made.
