The theme of my bachelor’s thesis is a marketing plan regarding to Czech representation of Ford Motor Company. The thesis deals with a stabilization of model Mondeo and its position in comparison to the competition of medium-size automobile category and increasing of its sales. It also treats of conditions within a large competition and pressure for constantly higher vehicle norms.

This bachelor thesis discuss about life insurances of specific financial institutions and its goals is confront specific insurance product, then evaluace its strong and weak qualities against market and potential clients. Main copany will be ING Životní pojišťovna N.V, pobočka pro Českou republiku and key-account insurance product will be investment life insurance Investor Plus. By analyse I am going to find out disadvantages of my produkt against competitor´s products and I will propose its improvement (optimalization) to be more able to compete and more useful for clients.

This bachelor thesis is concerned with elaborating a business plan for intentional expansion of a company. In the theoretical part the issue of doing business in the Czech Republic and the essentials of a business plan are described. The aim of the practical part is elaboration of a proposal for e-commerce intended for expansion of the company KORYNA nábytek, a.s. The final part makes decision, under which conditions the expansion of the company would be successful.

Optimization of the Bank Loan Application

The work is based both on theoretical basis and practical working processes of banks for assessing client's financial standing in Czech market environment. Basic preconditions for successful credit allocation to a business entity will be set along with evaluation of the importance of information from a credit requisition form's compulsory enclosure. A detailed analysis of the client's economy from a bank perspective will be succeeded by identification of critical risks and positives of an applicant's financial position.

Proposal of a New Product Launching

The subject of this bachelor´s study called "Proposal introduction a new article market on home product" is an analysis of releasing a new product line "Unišek +". Le Cheque Déjeuner Group, s. r. o. is releasing this product to a Czech market. The first part compiles theoretical solutions for a market plan creation. That means specific methods used for creating a situational analysis and detailed analysis of fundamental parts of the market mix – called 4P ( product, price, place, promotion) - for the right selection of a marketing strategy when implementing a new product line. The second part is more practical and it characterises a company mentioned above, and also suggested working hypothesis.
