Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vytvořením podnikatelského záměru rozvoje firmy. V teoretické části jsou obsaženy základní informace o tvorbě podnikatelského záměru a problematika podnikání v České republice. Vlastní práce je pak zaměřena na zpracování návrhu zřízení stanice technické kontroly, která by rozšířila sortiment služeb společnosti ARAVER CZ, s.r.o. This bachelor thesis focuses on a enterpreneurial intention of business development. Theoretical part contains basic information about business plan and conditions of entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic. Practical part focuses on planing of development of Vehicle Testing Station which would extended services offering by ARAVER CZ, Ltd.
