Internationalization Activity Plan for Selected Organization

The thesis is focused on the creation of a plan of internationalization activities for the Brno University of Technology, the aim of which is to raise the awareness of the organization abroad, specifically at universities within the European Union. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the individual concepts and analyzes that are furtherly used in the following parts of the thesis. The analytical part evaluates the current situation in the organization and serves as a basis for the proposals. In the proposals of the thesis, a plan of internationalization activities of the university is created.
Internationalization of Company EPRIN, spol. s r. o. on Slovak Market

This diploma thesis is focused on the possible forms of internationalization. The aim is to propose possible strategies of internationalization of EPRIN, spol. s r. o. company on Slovak market. Theoretical resources deal with the explanation of different approaches to internationalization and possible forms of entry into foreign markets. After the theoretical resources follow analysis of the current state, where company is described, are made analyses and is summarized its competitiveness. On the base of finding is suggested a possible strategy to reach foreign market, which should bring new customers, to help raise the profile and reach out to other markets.

Development of Business Strategy for Expansion of Company

This master´s thesis focuses on the development of a business strategy of a Czech company that produces natural probiotics and prebiotics with the aim to expand abroad. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the concepts of internationalization, motives and barriers to entry, international marketing communication and strategy. The analytical part evaluates the current business strategy for the Czech Republic, selected foreign markets, competition and riskiness of foreign markets, which serves for the proposals part. In the proposals of the thesis, defines the changes and links of the business strategy, a recommended timetable for internationalization and an assessment of assumptions.
Entry of the Selected Company to the Foreign Market

Master ‘s thesis „Entry of selected company on foreign market” deals with entry of Spielberg Brno Arms s.r.o. (hereinafter referred as Spielberg Brno) to French market. The theoretical part contains the development of the internationalization of companies, includes variants of entering the foreign market and risks arising from international trade. It also characterizes individual economic analyses - PEST analysis, Porter's five forces model, SWOT analysis. The practical part focuses on the company itself, the export article and analyses. The last part of thesis proposes a concrete strategy of entry into the French market based on the analyses mentioned above.

Podniky se už dlouho snaží rozšířit své trhy do globálního měřítka. V počátcích mezinárodního obchodu bylo poměrně obtížné navazovat spojení mezi jednotlivými zeměmi kvůli nedostatku spolehlivých komunikačních systémů. Avšak situace se změnila, když se internet stal globálním zdrojem komunikace. Internet zavedl nový způsob prodeje výrobků a služeb pomocí webových stránek. Cílem této práce je rozšířit současné znalosti o lokalizaci webových stránek. V práci je definován proces lokalizace v rámci translatologie, její vznik a rozdíl mezi lokalizací a kulturní adaptací. Kromě toho se bakalářská práce popisuje klíčový metody lokalizace, se zabývá typickými chybami při lokalizaci a poskytuje doporučené postupy. Praktická část provádí analýzu lokalizace vybraných webových stránek s důrazem na jejich funkčnost. Výsledky práce by pomohly vývojářům a překladatelům lépe porozumět procesu lokalizace a vyhnout se chybám v budoucích projektech.
Internationalization of second home tourism. Mallorca case study

This paper illustrates recent processes of internationalization of second home tourism based on detailed research of the Spanish insular destination Mallorca as a case study. German second home owners are especially emphasised within the paper as they predominate on the island in terms of international ownership (as well the anual amount of tourist arrivals). The paper includes discussion on teoretical aspects of second home tourism with focus on latest trends such as international ownership of second homes and retirement migration. Empirical part describes second home tourism on Mallorca within the context of its historical development, spacial organization and using patterns. The key part of the research is questionnaire survey which has been conducted in order to find resident's perception of German second home owners in municipalities Andratx and Deiá.
Internationalization of Higher Education in Kyrgyzstan

The aim of this research is to find general trends and rationales for internationalization of higher education in Kyrgyzstan. The conceptual framework for this work is based on concepts developed by Knight and de Wit, Knight (2004). It used qualitative research, including secondary data and interviews. Although not very widely but internationalization became part of Kyrgyzstan higher education. There are student and staff mobility programs; the country hosts branches of foreign universities. Kyrgyzstan universities are creating extensive networks with world universities. Bologna process played major role in incorporating Kyrgyzstan education system to the world educational community. Kyrgyzstan has acquired international standards in terms of two-level cycle and credit hours. Along with that higher education is still facing problems and challenges. Corruption and low quality are among them. The study found that the most important rationale for internationalization is educational rationale. It is believed that internationalization improves academic quality. Economic, political and cultural/social rationales are also important.
Financing of Business Activities

This diploma thesis on the topic "Financing of business activities" processes the entry into the foreign e-commerce market using the chosen strategy and modern marketing plan. In the first part, attention is paid to the issues of e-commerce, business on the Internet, penetrations into new markets and Internet marketing tools from the perspective of theory. The second part deals with the description of TWIN PRODUCTION s.r.o., analysis and comparison of two selected markets. It also includes the design of a strategy for entering the selected market and an outlined marketing strategy. Last but not least, all activities related to internationalization are financially quantified and some measures are proposed.
