Heineken Česká republika, a.s. This application is based on mentioned theoretical foundations and qualiative research. The thesis also analyzes and evaluates the implementation of CSR strategy of internal marketing in chosen companies. The aim is to suggest activities to effective application of internal marketing strategy for these companies.

The diploma thesis focuses on the use of internal marketing to increase satisfaction of the employees in the specific company. There is a theoretical background of given issue in the theoretical part. The analytical part is centred on the analysis and description of the current situation in the company. One part of the analysis is also a questionnaire. In the proposal part, the definite solutions are introduced in accordance to gained information. These changes will lead to an increase of the employee satisfaction.

Interní marketing je dnes aktuálním tématem, kterým se zabývá vedení mnoha firem. Tato práce se zaměřuje na metody, které mohou zlepšit interní marketing firmy a přispět tak k lepší motivaci zaměstnanců. V práci je analyzována současná situace interního marketingu firmy Imcon Electronics v oblastech interní komunikace, motivace a vzdělávání se ve firmě. Cílem této práce je navrhnout způsoby, které by měli zvýšit motivaci zaměstnanců této firmy. Práce přináší bližší pohled na současné praktiky ve společnosti a návrhy, jak lépe motivovat její zaměstnance. Také obsahuje ekonomické zhodnocení, náklady a odhad ekonomického přínosu pro firmu.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to propose measures to improve the selection process for new employees and also improve working relations in the company Partners, a.s. The main theoretical benefits of this work include the enlargement of the theoretical knowledge of the issue, the extension of the scope of theoretical knowledge and also the possibility of using this work as a starting point for future research. The practical benefits of the work are the improvement of the selection of new employees of the company Partners, a.s. and the improvement of the current state of relations in the workplace. The theoretical methods and models used in this work are CPM, OCAI, 7S and SWOT.
Internal marketing strategy in a selected organization

The thesis is focused on creation and application of internal marketing strategy into the development department. The theoretical part of the Thesis describes marketing strategy and its methods such as SWOT analysis, Portfolio analysis, Marketing audit and Benchmarking as well as marketing mix and the procedure of setting up a KPIs. The practical part of the Thesis consists of active usage of the methods in strategical marketing such as SWOT analysis, Portfolio analysis, Marketing audit and Benchmarking. In the second chapter the diploma thesis deals with the theoretical explanation of Marketing planning and plans, situational analysis such as SWOT, Portfolio analysis and Marketing audit. It also consists of explanation of Benchmarking, Marketing mix, Online marketing and KPI. The next chapter describes the target of the diploma thesis and its methodology. The following chapter focuses on the practical implementation of analysis. The next part describes the results of the analysis. The sixth chapter focuses on discussion about suggested strategy and KPI.

Effective Internal Communication Online and Offline

The diploma thesis Online and Offline Effective Internal Communication Tools of the KKCG Investment Group provides a comprehensive view of internal communication, using Online and Offline tools. The thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part defines the concept of internal communication and its inclusion in the marketing and media environment, including related terminology. It also maps Online and Offline media including specific communication tools. Based on literature research is also defined the effectiveness of internal communication including innovative trends. The practical part is focused on the KKCG Group and on its own internal communication settings with real examples of used media. In the methodological part, the author describes and analyses the results of the qualitative (structured interviews with the experts of the internal communication of the companies in the KKCG Group) and the quantitative research (questionnaire survey applied on employees of the individual KKCG Group companies). In conclusion, the comparison occurs research results as well as the use frequency of Online and Offline tools.
