The Master’s thesis deals with the proposal to improve employee benefits in company. The theoretical part is dedicated to a summary of knowledge related to the human resources management and its evaluation and reward. A large part is focused on individual forms of employee benefits. The practical part contains an analysis of the current situation in the chosen company, on the basis of which are worked out the proposals of changes to the current system.
Durability testing of replaceable inserts in cylindrical turning of carbon steel

The thesis deals with the problems in the field of durability testing of replaceable inserts for longitudinal steel turning. The main objective of the thesis is the analysis of the cutting process based on the results of the performed cutting tests. The cutting tests will be carried out comparatively by testing pairs of inserts, compared to each other. Wear observation is carried out by optical method using a workshop microscope and special software designed to process the acquired images. The output of the work will be an illustration of the different behaviour of the standard and the upgraded set of cutting inserts under different configurations of cutting conditions. The work provides a comprehensive view of the cutting tool testing process and quantifies the degree of influence of the various factors entering into the cutting edge wear process.
Analysis athletic beginnings of internationally successful Czech athletes in combined events

The purpose of the thesis is to analyse the athletic beginnings of internationally successful Czech (Czechoslovak) multi - event competitors. The analytical part deals with an issue of combined events (decathlon, heptathlon) using specialized literature and also an outline of historical and current multi - event competitors. Furthermore this thesis deals with a multi - combat typology or a matter of early specialization and training related to the development. Ensemble of Czech (Czechoslovak) international important multi -combatants and their characteristics is described in the synthetic part. Internationally important multi-combatants stand for those who completed multi-combat at an international athletic event. The ensemble is divided into groups according to whether they won a medal, whether they participated in an international event or whether they were successful in both of the youth and adult categories. Basic bio and information about sports beginnings is added to each multi-event competitor. Furthermore, their performance from the beginning of their multi-combat career till the end is shown in the graph and tables. One of the main findings of thesis is that multi - event competitors from a selected ensemble were initially engaged in different sport or in another sport aktivity in combination with athletics. The outcome of this diploma thesis serves the purpose of identification of various possibilities for further athletic career development. The content of the diploma thesis can explain some facts. This diploma provides context in the performance development of the best multi - event competitors in the Czech Republic.
Performance system of employees in a financial institution

This master thesis discusses employees appraisal in a selected organization. The theoretical part is devoted to expressions from the area of staff appraisal. Topics such as performance management, performance appraisal and work performance are clarified. Further the common process of employees appraisal is described, including its meaning and functionality. appraisal criteria are specified and selected appraisal metods are described. A specific chapter is devoted to forced distribution method. In the end of this part characteristics of high quality and effective employees appraisal are listed. In the empirical part a specific organization is presented, including description and analysis of used employees appraisal system. The goal of the research is through the analysis of the employees appraisal system and with the help of interviews with its employees determine the characteristics of a quality employees appraisal system. Based on the results of the conducted research recommendations leading to higher efectivity of employees appraisal are formed. Creating a system of evaluating and rewarding of employees in a small manufacturing company.

The aim of this thesis is to create an evaluating and rewarding system in a small manufacturing company. In a theoretical part I will focus on describing the concept of evaluating and rewarding. In the second part I will describe the specific company for which I will create the system. Then I would like to describe processes in this specific company as well as current system of evaluating and rewarding. After that I will create new system for all performing positions in the company.
Career management in managerial structure of IT company

The Master's Thesis deals with an examination of the career management within an organization, especially in the managerial structure, and the related themes, such as performance and potential appraisal, and talent management. The aim of the work is to determine the current trends in this field of human resources management based on a survey of Czech and foreign literature and to analyze the performance of these activities at Unicorn Systems company. The theoretical part describes the basic assumptions and theoretical approaches necessary for understanding the relevant themes. In the practical part, the practice at Unicorn Systems together with an analysis of Czech and foreign literature on best practices in this area are analyzed. The outcomes of the work should help the company to take such measures which would contribute to improving the business operation.
Manager and its Motivational Role in a Particular Company

The aim of this diploma theses is detection of manager's motivational role in OVB Allfinanz corp. -- their awareness of motivational role, exploitation of motivational role in their work and their self -- evaluation. Questionnaire is fundamental research method. In the case of detection some failure in this area, suggesting potential arrangement.
