The thesis focuses on the financial and economic evaluation of transport construction projects and the analysis of the risks associated with them. The thesis deals with the theoretical concepts of public investment and project life cycle in the context of the public sector. It also includes the definition of the method of evaluation of these projects and their risk rating, including the planning of measures to reduce them. In the practical part, the focus is on a specific transport infrastructure project. Within this part, a financial and economic analysis of a road infrastructure project is developed with the application of the theoretical knowledge. The risk analysis examines specific aspects and variables associated with the project. The thesis attempts to provide a comprehensive view of the risks and value of transport infrastructure projects, which is crucial for decision making.

Evaluation of Efficiency and Risk of Investment Project

This bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of the efficiency and risks of an investment project in the field of transport infrastructure. The aim of this work is to evaluate a bicycle lane. The first part of the thesis is the theoretical and describes the stages of evaluation in detail. What follows is a part, which interconnects the theoretical part with a case study. The final part of this work comprises the case study, which includes a description of the evaluated project, economic analysis, and risk assessment. The evaluated project was ii/444 Šternberk-průtah-I.stavba, and for the purpose of the case study only the bicycle trail was assessed. The economic output is based on the outputs of the online system eCBA.

The purpose of this diploma thesis is a proposal strategy of company development for a business company XY s.r.o. Analysis conducted was aimed at research of internal company resources and external environment. The results of the analysis show market position and identifies source of competitive advantage. Strategy implementation should support improvement of market position.

Safety and Protection of Health during the Work of Professional Drivers

The theme of this bachelor thesis is Safety and Protection of Health during the Work of Professional Drivers. Given that most accidents at work in the Czech republic is in connection with vehicles, it is not surprising that safety and health at work is now becoming a priority for many employers. The aim thesis was to assess the risks arising from work performed by professional drivers and to suggest security measures to protect their health. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts and laws relating to the profession of professional drivers, a general description of the factors affecting the work environment and health and practicable methods for determining risks. The practical part of the work is focused on transport company called H.A.S. Ltd. The method of "what if analysis" is processed by the risk assessment and prevention and in cooperation with station regional hygiene is set categorization work. Part of thesis is questionnaire survey and recommendations for drivers, which are intended to minimize damage to health.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to compose a business plan for a foundation of a fitness café or a café specializing on a healthy life-style in Brno. Diploma thesis will be divided into 3 interwoven parts: a theoretical part, analytic part and proposal part. Theoretical part based on a literary retrieval will deal with basic terminology of the given subject and specification of the methods used for the analytic part of this thesis. Analytic part will rely on the strategy analysis and will focus on evaluating the general market conditions for the specific plan. The proposal part will further describe the business plan which would be based on the results of our previous market research. This part will contain the detailed description and financial, organisational and marketing plans. In the end I would analyze the risks of this project and set up the funding system.

This master´s thesis applies to identifying and rating risks connected to competitiveness of Kellys bicycles company that operates in the area of constructing and selling bicycles. Theoretical basis consists of scientific knowledge from marketing, market, risk analysis and rating. Analytical part consists of company introduction, analysation of company´s external environment and analysation of activities related with marketing. Last part of this thesis is focused on offers in minimasing risks of company´s activities.

Risk Analysis of Self-Driven Vehicles

The goal of this thesis was to design and implement system for risk analysis in self-driving cars. This thesis focused on design and implementation of system for risk analysis in models. One of the requirements for the system was to be flexible and robust. Design of the risk analysis was presented at theoretical level and then implemented in models of ABS and ESP systems in UPPAAL environment. The system was then tested via multiple experiments. The experiments were beneficial and the system for risk analysis correctly evaluated failure scenarios with adequate response to the rising level of risk. Experiment outputs were then presented at graphs with comment to each failure scenario.
