Psychodiagnostic in Personnel Psychology

This thesis addresses the use of psychological assessment in personnel psychology and practice, specifically the relationship between selected personality characteristics of medical representatives in relation to their work performance. In the theoretical part, the selected methods of psychological testing of personality traits used in personnel psychology, with the focus on the Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire 16 PF, are desribed. It also deals with the performance appraisal and attention is paid to assessment of employees in a broader context, the most frequent rating errors and the key methods of individual and group performance appraisal. The empirical part deals with the research that examines relationship between the personality characteristics of medical representatives working in a multinational pharmaceutical company to determine whether the most successful workers differ in personality traits from the lowest performing individuals, and what personality characteristics of the profession are exhibited. The Proposition for Changes in the Evaluating and Rewarding of Employees in a Particular Company

This bachelor’s thesis concerns a system of evaluating and rewarding of employees in the company Průmyslová keramika,spol. s r.o. The work is divided in two parts, the theoretical one and the practical one. The theoretical part is focused upon a theoretical foundation. In the practical part there is detailed analysis of the company and of its major competitors and there is also contained a research based on a questionnaire survey. The main part of the work consists of suggestions for improvement in the evaluating, rewarding and motivating of employees.

Increasing efficiency of work performance in selected company

The thesis deals with increasing the efficiency of work performance in Favi online s.r.o. The main objective is to find out which factors affect the efficiency of work performance and propose optimization measures as to how the company can stimulate employees to increase work performance. The theoretical chapter defines the main terms of the thesis, work performance, managing of work performance and motivation. The reader is also introduced to the stated issue. The main objective of this thesis is to capture the work performance of Favi online s.r.o. and its evaluation and remuneration. The final section includes data interpretation and proposes optimization measures to increase efficiency of work performance.
