Bakalářská práce obsahuje základní teoretické pojmy a myšlenky týkající se motivace a lidských zdrojů, dále analyzuje současný stav motivačního systému společnosti Kovolit a.s. a obsahuje návrh na jeho zlepšení tak, aby došlo ke zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců, jejich produktivity a eventuálně ke snížení fluktuace zaměstnanců. Bachelor thesis contains basic theoretical terms and thoughts including, but not limited to, motivation and human resources management. It analyses the contemporary state of motivational programme in the company Kovolit a.s. and includes proposal, which would improve satisfaction of staff, increase in the efficiency of work and reduction of employee fluctuation.
