Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na motivační program vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část zahrnuje základní pojmy týkající se motivace, teorií motivace, odměňování a péče o zaměstnance. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu současného stavu a také výzkum spokojenosti na základě metody dotazníkového šetření. Závěr práce je věnován návrhům a doporučením, které by měly vést ke zvýšení spokojenosti a motivace zaměstnanců organizace. The main focus of this diploma thesis is motivation program of selected company. The theoretical part covers the basic concepts related to motivation, theory of motivation, compensation, and employee care. The practical part contains an analysis of the current situation and research of satisfaction which is conducted with the use of questionnaire method. The final part of work is devoted to proposals and recommendations, which should increase satisfaction and the motivation of company employees.
