Proposal of the Company Expansion to Selected Foreign Market

The subject of the diploma thesis is to create a proposal for the expansion of the company AD Vending, s.r.o. on the Slovak market. The company's main business is the operation and management of vending machines offering the Americandrinks range. The work is divided into four main parts. The introductory part defines the issue, the objectives of the work and methods with processing procedures. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of the issue. This part is followed by an analytical part analyzing the internal and external environment of the company. The last part contains its own proposals for the form of the company's entry into the foreign market and evaluation of individual variants.

The diploma thesis aims to suggest the most suitable expansion way of a specific company into the British market. There are three main parts of the work. The theoretical part presents the issue through scholarly literature and scientific articles. The purpose of the practical part is an analysis of the external and internal environment. The research of product user satisfaction as a support for expansion and the investigation of potential partners and competitors directly abroad are included. The proposal part recommends specific ways for the company to enter the UK market through the identified factors.

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou forem vstupu na zahraniční trh v odvětví dřevostaveb zaměřenou na konkrétní firmu D.E.E.D. a.s., a její případný vstup na Ukrajinský trh. Využití metodologie forem vstupu na zahraniční trh pro střední firmu by měla následně ukázat, zda na trh vstoupit či ne, a jakou formu zvolit. Výsledky budou dále také srovnávány s podobným trhem, kde firma již působí. Na tomto základě bude navrženo efektivní využití a postup do budoucna.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the possibility of entry of the company Novibra Boskovice s. r. o. into the Iranian market. The thesis characterizes the company, its internal environment and financial situation, the sectoral analysis and the analysis of the Iranian market is described as well. The SWOT matrix is formulated from these findings, moreover the SWOT matrix will evaluate the com-pany's entry into the Iranian market and identify the opportunities and threats of this market. The aim of the thesis is the recommendation of a strategy of entry into the Iranian market, which might be utilized by the company in the future expansion into this market.
Exporting strategies of selected Italian fashion brands in the Czech Republic

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate export strategies of selected companies importing Italian fashion goods to the Czech market. Along with fulfilling this aim, this thesis also compares the various forms of entry to the foreign market, which were used by those companies. Furthermore, this thesis is divided into three parts; the first part presents the possible forms of entry to the foreign markets and condition which must be met to enter Czech market. Second part is comparing conditions of doing business in Italy and in the Czech Republic. Additionally, the chapter will explain current challenges faced by Italian fashion industry. The final part is dedicated to the evaluation of a questionnaire which was carried out to analyze the forms of entry to the Czech market used by selected companies and their current situation on the market. Moreover, based on the analysis of the questionnaire, the chapter predicts future development of the export strategies of companies importing Italian fashion goods to the Czech market.
Posssibilities of entrance of the Finnish company on the Czech market

This thesis on "Possibilities of entrance of Finnish company on the Czech market" is focused on gathering pieces of knowledge about the Czech market and consumerist behavior in the market area of necessary confectionery that leads to suitable methods for the Finnish company Kouvolan Lakritsi to enter the Czech market. Furthermore, the thesis contains the analysis of the Kouvolan Lakritsi internationalization process involved in the selection of the appropriate international cooperation and the scheme for the international programme for the selected company. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part presents theoretical details to create a complete analysis of the Czech market, evaluate the internationalization options and design an international marketing plan for the selected company. The constitutive part of the theoretical basis accounts for the description of the use of liquorice especially in food industry. The second part of the thesis introduces the Kouvolan Lakritsi company, so that the reader gains a comprehensive concept of its manufacturing and business activity in the field of liquorice confectionery. It aims to evaluate the current international activities and its potential assertion on the Czech market. It also deals with the analysis of the Czech market in the confectionery area and the consumption development and shopping habits of Czech customers. The third part summarizes the motives of Kouvolan Lakritsi to enter the Czech market, it concretizes the placement of its products on foreign and Czech markets, it selects a suitable method to enter the market and suggests cooperation search and application of the international marketing programme. The final part of the thesis covers the propositions and recommendations for the extension of the thesis in cooperation with a selected consulting company Logio, where the author acts.
