Předmětem diplomové práce je vytvořit návrh expanze společnosti AD Vending, s.r.o. na slovenský trh. Předmětem podnikání společnosti je provoz a správa prodejních automatů nabízející sortiment společnosti Americandrinks. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních částí. Úvodní část vymezuje danou problematiku, cíle práce a metody s postupy zpracování. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy dané problematiky. Na tuto část navazuje analytická část analyzující vnitřní a vnější prostředí společnosti. Poslední část obsahuje vlastní návrhy formy vstupu společnosti na zahraniční trh a zhodnocení jednotlivých variant. The subject of the diploma thesis is to create a proposal for the expansion of the company AD Vending, s.r.o. on the Slovak market. The company's main business is the operation and management of vending machines offering the Americandrinks range. The work is divided into four main parts. The introductory part defines the issue, the objectives of the work and methods with processing procedures. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of the issue. This part is followed by an analytical part analyzing the internal and external environment of the company. The last part contains its own proposals for the form of the company's entry into the foreign market and evaluation of individual variants.
