Höschlová, Marie ; Stará, Jana (advisor) ; Greger, David (referee)
The goal of this thesis is to outline the situation of private supplementary tutoring in the first years of primary school in the Czech Republic, as this topic has not been investigated properly so far. A questionnaire for young pupil's parents was chosen as an appropriate method to collect the data needed. Although the research sample was not large, the research has brought valuable information about the children who have supplementary tutoring, about the reasons they (their parents) have for it, and also the tutors chosen to teach the pupils. The thesis builds on foreign sources and compares the situation in the Czech Republic with the situation in other countries in the world. Despite its limited extent this work could be used as a first groundwork for subsequent more extensive research in this field.

HOŠINSKÝ, Filip
This bachelor thesis investigates the problems of internal communication in the selected company. The aim is determining the current condition of internal communication in selected company. Next steps and measures that are leading to improve internal communication are deduced form the results of survey. We can divide the bachelor´s thesis into several parts. The theoretical part is focused on technical terms and definition that must be understood for processing. We define concept of communication. Communication is the main part of social life of all people on the world. Next, I characterize the internal communication. Its functions, objectives and selections. For example: vertical, horizontal and diagonal communication. Next are forms and tools, which are oral, written, electronic and visual communication. In the end, I describe the difference between effective and non-effective communication. In the practical part I research current condition of internal communication in the company. The research was conducted using structured questionnaires. About 70 workers in the company were asked to complete the questionnaire. They were workers of lower posts, like truck or bus drivers. Questioning was realized in December, when drivers had every year training. Most of questions are focused on communication with manager, but we can see also an open question. Results and recommendations are discussed in the final part of this thesis. I am basing on the results that I got from the survey. The results were processed, and I created some measure or innovation that would lead to increasing effective internal communication in GW Logistics.
