Evaluation of the Financial Situation in the Company and Proposals to Its Improvement

This bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the overall financial situation of the company TOPMODEL CZ s.r.o. thtough financial analysis. For evaluation I use final accounts from years 2011-2015. An essential part will be also be compared with the competition. I will proceed from these findings and calculations in drafting, which should lead to improved economic results. Competition analysis will try to find a competitive advantage and then I suggest steps, that could help to the company in fight with rivals.

Assessing the Efficiency of a Company Using Statistical Method

The master’s thesis deals with the assessment of the financial performance of the company using statistical methods. The theoretical part describes the issues necessary for the practical part, financial indicators, time series, regression analysis and correlation analysis. In the practical part of the work is a calculation of selected financial indicators, then statistical methods are used to predict future developments and to detect dependencies between the indexes. The last section contains suggestions for improving the current situation.

A Draft of a Corporate Financial Plan

The diploma thesis is focused on making a financial plan of a selected company for the next 4 periods. The first part deals with theoretical knowledge in the field of financial planning, which will be important for getting acquainted with the issue. In the next part, a strategic and financial analysis is made thanks to which it is then possible to compile a draft financial plan, including the implementation of intended investments. The conclusion of the thesis contains a summary evaluation of the developer financial plan.

Secondly, the thesis describes on tasks and tools of the financial controlling. Then, financial and controlling analyzes, which were made in the Prvni brnenska strojirna, a.s., are used for the assessment and the suggestions for improvements of the company.

In the first part there are theoretics of financial analysis, in second part is performed the financial analysis and in the third part are suggestions of improvements of current situation of the company.

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the financial analysis of the company Rastr elektro s.r.o. using statistical methods. The theoretical part describes the problems of time series, regression analysis and financial analysis. In the practical part the analysis of economic indicators is given, and the future development of the company is predicated by means of the regression analysis. On the basis of established results the company is compared with two rival ones, and there are made suggestions how to improve its economic position.

Financial Analysis of Construction Company

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to prepare a financial analysis of MSO Trade a.s. in the period 2012-2016. The thesis consists of two main parts. In the first part is theooretically defined financial analysis, its intention, the users, the data sources and the methods used to assess the financial situation. The bachelor thesis uses absolute, differential and ratio indicators. In the second part a case study of the selected company was prepared using the methods described in the theoretical part. Based on the outputs of the financial analysis, overall summaries have been compiled, which draws recommendations for further business direction.
