The master´s thesis deals with performance measurement of the company STAVOS Brno, a.s. The theoretical part is about some of approaches and methods of company performance measurement. In the second part the company is characterized and company´s current situation is described. The last part contains an application of START PLUS model based on the principles of The EFQM Excellence Model. At the end the proposals for improving self-assesment and performance of the company are deduced from the results of applied model.

Based on the analysis, I created an education plan or a model that has goal to enhance training effectiveness as well as to improve information technology know-how and use within the company in order to increase the company profit and at the same time help employees in their professional growth and thus enhance their loyalty and personal satisfaction.

This thesis focuses on the issues of motivation and stimulation of employees in company Gala Prostejov, and the goal is to evaluate current motivation system in the company and propose recommendations that will help to increase work motivation of employees, and also their satisfaction. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts associated with employee motivation. The practical part analyzes the current situation of the company, its evaluation and proposal of recommendations for improvement.

In this thesis, the author deals with the motivation of employees in a selected company. Attention is paid to the analysis of the current motivational system, evaluation and remuneration system. The aim of this thesis is to gain theoretical knowledge and analysis of the current company status quo. Based on the analysis an effective motivational system will be proposed in order to achieve higher employee satisfaction and thus obtain better working results and an increased business performance.

The last part is a presentation of possible recommendations that will lead to improve of both systems in the company.

This master’s thesis is focused on evaluation of performance and current state of the company Diadex Ltd. With the help of specific analysis and tools, described in the theoretical part, this thesis describes the environment, in which the company operates, and reveals pros and cons, that significantly affect corporate activities. Based on the results of financial and non-financial indicators, this work exposes the strengths and weaknesses. In conclusion, the selected methods should refer to the areas, which require increased attention, and possibly propose a solution for change and improvement in particular area or overall situation.

This master’s thesis describes life cycle phases management of the project Implementation of the project culture in the MoroSystems company from the perspective of a project manager. The thesis comprehensively describes the project from its inception, through planning, implementation up to handover of the outcomes to the customer, completion and evaluation. The thesis contains attachments which document meetings with the customer and project management artifacts created at different stages of the project.
