Diplomová práce hodnotí finanční strukturu malého podniku. Práce je rozdělana na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je věnována popisu teoretického aparátu finanční analýzy se zaměřením na malý podnik. Praktická část je věnována stavu malých a střednich podniků v ČR, odvětví ve kterém se zvolený podnik nachází a hlavní část je věnována aplikaci teoretických znalostí na zvolený podnik. V závěrečné části je SWOT analýza a v samotném závěru je zhodnocení finančního stavu podniku a návrhy na možné uplatnění firmy do budoucna.

Malé a střední podnikání jako nástroj snižování nezaměstnanosti

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem malých a středních podniků na nezaměstnanost v regionech České republiky. Práce obsahuje analýzu vývoje nezaměstnanosti a struktury registrovaných uchazečů o zaměstnání, s důrazem na skupiny osob nejčastěji nezaměstnaností postiženými, a analýzu rozvoje malých a středních podniků v ČR. Zkoumáním vlivu malých a středních podniků na počet nezaměstnaných v regionu bylo prokázáno, že přítomnost těchto podniků má pozitivní efekt na udržení sociální stability regionů a zmírnění negativních důsledků nezaměstnanosti. Pro rozvoj malých a středních podniků je však důležitá nejen finanční podpora a přístup k informacím, ale také příznivé podnikatelské prostředí, které v České republice prozatím chybí.

Financing and subsidizing of small and medium enterprises

Small and medium sized enterprises constitute an overwhelming majority of all companies in the economy. They are the resource of the growth of GDP, innovation and significantly contribute to the employment. Representatives of the European Union are aware of the important role which these companies play and they try to create the most convenient and optimal business environment. The small and medium sized enterprises are supported through institutions such as Czechinvest and the ČMZRB which receive funds from structural funds of the European Union and the state budget. In my thesis I made evaluation of the projects of the SME Finance Facility program under which subsidy and credit lines were granted to the ČMZRB and various leasing companies. Finance was provided from various european development banks and were intended to grant the loans and leasings with better conditions than loans and leasings from unsubsidized banks. Based on the results from the survey I came to a conclusion that the program was relevant only to a certain extent because companies had significant alternative opportunities of financing their investment projects.

The aim of this diploma thesis was to compose the business plan for the new company which is going to start running the restaurant and to check whether this project is real and profitable. The teoretical part considers characteristics of successful entrepreneur and circumstances which needs his attention. The practical part contains the real business plan which is usable for a potential investor.

Theoretical part explains the position of internationalization among other developing processes of the World Economy. It also defines the category of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME), describes the position of this segment in the Czech Republic and includes patterns of internationalization. Analytical part decomposes the decision-making process of suitable form of SME internationalization and analyses particular impacts of internationalization on firms. Practical part verifies and completes the analytical part by committing a structured interview with the CEO of W.A.G. mineral fuels, Inc.

Portal - Access Integration

This diploma thesis concerns enterprise portals and its objective is to map their functional support, which they can bring to the company. Especially to the access integrationarea. To achieve this goal the following proces was selected: The first step was to create theoretical background which describes the area of enterprise portals and how it can be seen. In the following part were set main functional areas whose coverage may be assured by the enterprise portal. These areas are : presentation, personalization and customization, security, administration, content management system, search, collaboration, accessibility and portlets. Another part is focused on the selection of specific portal solutions which are evaluated and compared at the conclusion. These are chosen products : IBM WebSphere Portal, Microsoft Sharepoint Server 2007, Oracle Portal 10g, BEA WebLogic Portal. Personal benefit is particularly comprehensive look into the issue of enterprise portals. Theoretical background makes possible to quickly obtain information which are presented in a logically organizace form. It will ensure continuity in the knowledge absorption. Practical part offers look into the enterprise portal market situation and shows what can offer specific product and at what level.
