Differences in education and remuneration of public and private sector employees

This work deals with education and rewarding employees and is focused on differences between public sector and private sector in this two human resources activities. Those activities are important part of every functional organization. The goal of this work is to analyze and assess education and rewarding from points of view the employees and organizations, and based on their experiences determine recommendations. The first part of this work includes explanations and definitions of theoretical principles of education with emphasis on education in public sector and also funding of education process and close link to rewarding process. Next part of this work deals with evaluations of questionnaire work which was done between employees of public sector and private sector. Based on conclusion, there are made recommendations.
Education and Development of Employees

The Master's Thesis deals with the problematic of education and development of employees. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part introduces the background for the efficient functioning of the system of education and development of employees worked out on literature. Practical part compares the theory with reality. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the system of staff education and development in Henkel company and propose suggestions for improvement of current system.

This diploma thesis focuses on corporate education. It concerns a company providing media planning which wished to remain anonymous. The thesis observes an education system of this company from two perspectives -- the company point of view as well as the employee point of view. The main aspects and weaknesses are pointed out. Based on these facts recommendations that would lead to a systematic approach improving effectiveness of corporate education are given.

Furthermore, the thesis there is an analysis of the personnel management of the Regional Authority in Olomouc and it is followed by some suggestion how to improve HRM there.

The work is divided into theoretical part where the individual personnel activities are described and the practical part where the theoretical knowledge is compared with the practical facts in the company. The analysis focuses on the recruitment, selection, adoption, adaptation, evaluation, remuneration and education of employees and aims to identify the strengths and the weaknesses and tries to suggest alternative solutions.

The company Jan Becher - Karlovarská Becherovka, a.s. is concerning with production and distribution of alcoholic beverages, mainly generally known Karlovarská Becherovka. This work describes all human resources activities, which take place in the company. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. Theoretical part is dealing with topic from the view of experts. Practical part consists of information gained from personal conversation with employee of human resources department of the company.

The diploma thesis "System of work motivation in the company TOKOZ a.s." deals with motivation of employees focusing on evaluation, remuneration and education. The practical part focusses on the specific company which is TOKOZ a.s. and their system of motivation. Further it evaluates the situation in the company and suggests eventual arrangements which could contribute to greater satisfaction of employees in the company.
Corporate climate and estate of corporate cultur

The objective of this diploma thesis was to diagnose the estate of corporate cultur and specify the influences on corporate clime in a chosen company. Through the use of questionairs and TBSD test was confirmed the hypothesis, that the estate of corporate clime is affected by working satisfaction, by method of motivation, by method of stimulation, by way of communication and by compatibility of virtue concept of person with virtue concept of company, and this all in context with micro-, meso- and macro space. Thrue the analysis of dates it was identify, that there is a good corporate cultur in chosen company, which is blunted of existence of subcultures in single centres. In terms of study of special literature and of own knowledge it was recommend, that the company should expand the corporate cultur through the use of better informedness of employees about main scheme and objectives of the company. Other recommendation for improvement the corporate clime is individual acces to the motivation and coordination of emloyees, more emphasis on their further education and better care intendet for virtue concept and objectives of employees at their selection.
Human resources management in transportation services

The bachelor{\crq}s thesis focuses on the personal management of a transport company ČSAD Jihotrans a.s. Especially the education of a concrete group of workers {--} drivers of road trains is examined. The main aim of the work is a proposal of certain advancements in managing processes and in further employees education leading to the production improvement and to securing the company competitivness. The first part is treating the problem of unsufficient working experience and education of drivers, trying to solve this problem through the education project for these employees. The second part contains SWOT analysis which is used for a future strategy concept and the recommendation for a whole company functioning.
Personnel management in public administration

The theoretical part of the thesis deals with some areas of the personnel management, i.e. creation and analysis of job vacancies, recruitment and selection of employees, education of employees and their assessment and remuneration. In the practical part these personnel activities are analysed and assessed in the Municipal Office in Moravské Budějovice. The individual subchapters include recommendations and proposals for improvement.
