Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku vzdělávání a rozvoje pracovníků. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a na část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou představena východiska pro efektivní fungování systému vzdělávání a rozvoje pracovníků zpracovaná na základě odborné literatury. V praktické části jsou teoretické poznatky porovnávány s realitou. Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat systém vzdělávání a rozvoje pracovníků ve společnosti Henkel a navrhnout vhodná opatření pro zlepšení stávajícího systému. The Master's Thesis deals with the problematic of education and development of employees. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part introduces the background for the efficient functioning of the system of education and development of employees worked out on literature. Practical part compares the theory with reality. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the system of staff education and development in Henkel company and propose suggestions for improvement of current system.
