Qualifications according to the needs of the time

This bachelor thesis Qualifications according to the needs of the time deals with the lifelong learning, its main idea and the main signs of the society of knowledge. It deals with the kinds and division of lifelong learning. Further the strategic documents are pointed out, on which is the main conception of this thesis, based on. The second part describes the concept of lifelong learning in Czech Republic. Here the main goals of lifelong learning are described and the way of cooperation of the systems and organizations, which are involved in its realization. The last part of this bachelor thesis is directed on the interview analysis. Here is shortly characterized the methodology of quantum research followed by its evaluation. The interviews were made with the employers in security services, who have the biggest experiences with lifelong learning in Czech Republic.
Education of employees in the multicultural organization

Résumé This thesis focuses on the education of employees in international corporations. Its aim is to introduce this problem in a broader context, especially that of international business. Firstly, in this work an international corporation is understood as an organisation, firm or company in which individuals of many different cultural backgrounds meet and interact. Therefore, the thesis also occupies itself with subcategorie of cultural theories, the characterization of an international corporation as such and, moreover, international personal management with an emphasis on managing expatriates. However, the most attention is paid to certain educational specifics of international corporations. The processes of adaptation and reintegration are described in detail as are the problems of intercultural learning and intercultural training. To conclude, this thesis attempts to summarize theoretical bases and to bring forth new ideas on the basis of study available Czech and foreign literature in the context of the given issue.
Applying quality management in the employee's adaptation process

Quality management in the area of human resources management was previously mainly used in industrial companies. At present it is also promoted in the sphere of state administration. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the human resources management process in the area of the adaptation process of employees of the central body of the state administration of the Czech Republic from the point of view of quality management and to propose recommendations to improve its efficiency with application of process management, change management in relation to ISO 9001 and Methodical Guideline for Quality Management in Service Offices (hereinafter the Methodical Guideline). The theoretical part defines the basic concepts and principles of employee education in state administration and quality management. The definition of basic concepts and principles is based on the study of professional literature and binding documents that link the principles of quality management and human resources management with a focus on the adaptation process. The second chapter of the theoretical part defines the quality management in terms of the requirements of the Methodical Guideline and the requirements of ISO 9001. The aim of bachelor´s thesis Optimisation of educational system in selected company is the educaion of employees in company Wüstenrot stavební spořitelna, a.s.. The objective is to design optimisation of educational system which improve actual system. In theoretical part we will look closer at the meaning of adult´s education. In analysis of the system, there is described chat system of education Wüstenrot stavební spořitelna, a.s. uses. The main objective of research is to find out what is the level of employees´ satisfaction with educational system. This research will help make out SWOT analysis which define the strenghts and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The optimisation proposal is focused on improvement of actual educational system.

It mentions circumstances of education due to membership in European union, later on, conditions and opportunities of education in Czech republic. On the tail end of disertation it deals with pedagogues of free time and their profesional growth possibilities The practical part consists of research, which goal is to analyze factors and circumstances that can affect the pedagogue of free time proffesional growth. It speaks about qualitative empirical research. Due to interview metod it probes how the pedagogues of free time deal with education. It probes which factors can affect the education.
