This thesis deals with the possibilities for realization of the crankshaft-cylinder four-stroke gasoline engine is flat, usable in the urban vehicle. In the work described stresses exerted on the crank mechanism can balance the crankshaft, torsional stress and strength calculation method of control. In the final part of this work is outlined proposal for implementation of the crankshaft.

Travelling crab

This thesis deals with calculation and proposal hoisting mechanism of travelling crab with lifting capacity of 25 000 kg. In this thesis are proposed elements of rope system, which include rope, pulleys and rope drum. Part of the thesis is also the strength calculation of the sheave block and proposal of individual components of the lifting mechanism drive such as engine, gearbox and brake. The output of this thesis is a drawing documentation including drawing of the sheave block assembly and drawings of selected details.

This thesis deals with proposal hoisting mechanism of travelling crab with lifting capacity of 50 000 kg. The calculations and proposal of bearing elements of cable system such as steel rope, pulley and cable drum are included in the thesis. Strenght and dimensional calculation and drawing documentation are made for each imporatnt part of sheave block. The integral part of the thesis constitutes the driving mechanism as motor, gearbox and brake.
Lift unit for paste container

The first part deals with the sorts and a separation of the fillers which are used in the food-processing industry. The second part more deeply describes various construction variants of the lift unit rotary piston filler, especially their properties, sort of the driving mechanism and an used components. Final system design is created in Autodesk Inventor 10.
