This diploma thesis is concerned with a construction design of single toggle jaw crusher DCJ 900x500. In the first part, the theoretical background and ways of material disintegration are discussed. The second chapter describes types of material crushers in general, especially jaw crushers and their parts. The third chapter is concerned with calculations and the design of the most important parts of the machine. The fourth part consists of the crusher power calculation, design of the pendulum and its production technology. The last part includes the result of FEM analysis for the particular variant of pendulum production. The thesis also includes drawing documentation of the crusher and the pendulum.
The steel construction of an exhibition pavilion

The content of this bachelors thesis is design and appraisal of the steel construction of an exhibition pavilion. Ground plan dimensions are 39,2 x 50,0 m with approximate height 10,7m. The supporting system of the structure consists of planar transverse linkages which are created by lattice truss.The design is selected from two pre-solved geometrical and structural variants which are compered on the basis of the weight of structure and ultimate and serviceability limit state. From the selected variant is made detailed static assessment and drawing documentation.
Design of exhibition hall roof

The Diploma’s thesis is focused on the design of selected parts of reinforced concrete exhibition hall (prestressed concrete purlin, prestressed concrete girder, reinforced concrete column, reinforced concrete footing, post-tensioned concrete girders). The load calculation (the self weight, the permanent load, the wind load, the snow load and imposed load), the design and the review of selected reinforced concrete items and the drawing documentation are included in this thesis.

This bachelor thesis deals with constructional design of wall crane. The aim of this thesis is to perform inspecting calculation according to actual standards and to create drawing documentation for loading capacity 600 kg and unloading 3750 mm according to assignment. Another part of thesis is to perform appropriate choice of pulley block according to important parameters.
Reinforced concrete structure

This bachelor project is focused on the design of monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling structure of the first floor of a hotel and creation design documents of the load-bearing elements. The load-bearig elements (ceiling slab, outer rib, column and core wall) are appraised according to ultimate limit state. For calculation of internal forces was used a software named RFEM and the internal forces were verified by simplified manual method. Assessment is done according to ČSN EN 1992-1-1.
Reinforced concrete structure of a multifunction building

This bachelor thesis deals with the construction of a multifunctional building on four floors and one basement. In the basement will be located the warehouses, on the ground floor will be located offices and on the second, third and fourth floor will be located flats. The ceiling slab of the firts floor, staircase and column is designed. The ceiling slab is designed as reinforced concrete locally supported by columns, reinforced in both directions. Program SCIA Engineer 19.1 is used to calculate the internal forces. To varify the accuracy of the results is used manual calculation. The work includes drawings of the slab, staircase and column reinforcement. The bulding is designed according to ČSN EN 1992-1 1.

The Thesis solves the issue of a design and construction of piping specifically focused on boiler apparatus and its equipment. This issue is important for creation of the piping classes in the (PDMS) programmes and for acceleration of output parameters which are mainly the temperature, materials, variable parameters, etc. This leads to other problems such as service life, security, economy, etc., are.
Flyover bridge on the I/57 road

The aim of the diploma thesis is the design of a continuous bridge construction of five fields in the direction of the town Albrechtice - Opava. The bridge overcame local roads and railway tracks and is part of the bypass of Albrechtice. From the three proposed variants, a pre-stressed two-beam structure was selected for the detailed solution and it is assessed according to the limit states and includes the effects of gradual construction. Further detailed drawings are drawn up.
Reinforced concrete structure of the apartment building

The bachelor thesis is aimed for design and assessment of reinforced concrete locally supported monolithic slab and one selected column of a apartment building on the ultimate limit state. Another point of this work is to develop appropriate drawings. The apartment building has four above ground floors. Assessed slab is located on the second floor a column on the first floor. Internal forces are calculated using software Scia Engineer 2013. The Results of the software are compared with the results of the simplified manual method. The structure is designed according to ČSN EN.
Pendulum jaw crusher 700 x 300

This diploma thesis deals with construction design of a pendulum for the jaw crusher DCJ 700x300. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to treatment of mineral materials with focus on minimizing minerals. The second part deals with devices used for crushing minerals, jaw crushers and their variants in particular. The third part is devoted to specific design of the jaw crusher based on assigned input. The next part deals with construction design of the pendulum and technology of its production exploring weldments and casts. The aim of this thesis is to perform a strength analysis of the chosen version of pendulum production using the FEM method. The diploma thesis includes drawing documentation of the jaw crusher and the pendulum.
