Bakalářská práce se zabývá stavbou polyfunkčního domu o čtyřech nadzemních a jednom podzemním podlaží. V podzemním podlaží budou umístěny skladovací kóje pro byty a obchody, v prvním nadzemním patře obchody a ve zbývajících nadzemních podlažích bytové jednotky. Prvky určené k výpočtu jsou stropní deska, sloup a schodiště. Stropní deska je řešena jako železobetonový lokálně podepřená sloupy, vyztužená v obou směrech. Pro výpočet vnitřních sil byl použit program SCIA Engineer 19.1. Pro ověření správnosti výsledku byly použity ruční výpočty. Součástí práce jsou výkresy vyztužení desky, schodiště a sloupu. Konstrukce jsou navrženy a posouzeny dle ČSN EN 1992-1-1. This bachelor thesis deals with the construction of a multifunctional building on four floors and one basement. In the basement will be located the warehouses, on the ground floor will be located offices and on the second, third and fourth floor will be located flats. The ceiling slab of the firts floor, staircase and column is designed. The ceiling slab is designed as reinforced concrete locally supported by columns, reinforced in both directions. Program SCIA Engineer 19.1 is used to calculate the internal forces. To varify the accuracy of the results is used manual calculation. The work includes drawings of the slab, staircase and column reinforcement. The bulding is designed according to ČSN EN 1992-1 1.
