Diagnosis of High School Students' Comprehension of Selected Sociological Topics

The dissertation is looking into the diagnostics of student's understanding of the principals of society organisation in relation to thecontentof sociologicalcivic curriculumeducation and socialbasisin secondary schools. The teoretical part delimits basic sociological terms, especially social stratification, social mobility and social status. Concept of didactical content knowledge and didactical theory of curricullum reconstruction is described to connect sociological approach to school education. Current research at this area are also presented. In the practical part was implementeda research inquiry, which used semistructured depth interview for data collection. The Gathered data wereprocessedqualitatively. The measure of hierarchy in society, the cause of social stratification and social mobility options, were primarily watched in the research inquiry. Where possible, student's answers were compared to previous research inquiry results.

The goal of the thesis is to generally describe the meaning of company culture and introduce the readers to the company culture of Nike. The beginning of the thesis defines the company culture generally, describes the criteria of a strong company culture, determinants of influence, types of company cultures, company identity, company ethics, typology of company cultures, dimensions of national cultures and model approaches. The second part focuses on the characteristics, history, organizational structure of Nike. At the same time from the half of the second part starts the practical part of the thesis. Where communication within the company, company traditions and rituals and community impact are being researched. At the same time the type of culture is going to be determined. As well as style of work, motivation, evaluation of employees, education and dress code are being researched. The third part consists of survey through a depth interview with one of the senior managers of Nike. In analogy with the statements of Nike's employees an analysis is being made where the strength of Nike's company culture is going to be defined and the awareness of company culture of its employees.

Power Plate Center's Marketing Communication

Title: Power Plate Center's Marketing Communication Objectives: : The objective of this diploma thesis is to discover the present state of the marketing communication of the sport institute Power Plate Center in Jungmannova street in Prague both in the customers view and also in the view of the company itself. On the basis of the gathered data then evaluate, eventually suggest the improvement of the current marketing communication. Moreover, by the aid of this data also suggest the marketing communication aimed at view potential clients. Methods: The quantitative method of the data collection by questionnaire and the qualitative method of data collection with the help of the depth interview was used in this work. The results were illustrated by tables, texts and graphs. Results: After the evaluation of the results, several faults of the Power Plate Center's communication with their customers were found best. In the synthetic part some recommendations were made, which could lead it the improvement of this marketing communication. Beginning and rise of the czech docusoap

This thesis has aimed to comprehend how the parents of today's small children perceive the parenthood portrayed in the TV docusoap "Čtyři v tom". In the theoretical part of the thesis I focus on the family, its changes and progressive liberalization of the traditional concept of the man and woman's role within the family with regard to Czech background and empirical studies. The Czech Television recorded different approaches in the "Čtyři v tom" docusoap. Four mothers and their partners with their various stories have become the pattern families and attitudes towards the parenthood in the empirical part of the thesis. I have done twelve individual research semi-structured interviews using the Qualitative Method. Consequently I have analysed a wide collection of interpretations. The essential condition for the analytical part of the thesis was the spectator in the role of effective audience capable to interprete the watched stories from her/his point of view. The main objective of this Thesis is to explain the importance of a Brand as a part of the Marketing Strategy on a growing Smart Phones market. Theoretical part analyzes four basic Marketing Strategies and their effect on a Brand Perception. The rest of the theoretical part is focused on Customer-based Brand Equity concept and brand building itself. Analytic part introduces current Smart Phone Market and analyzes marketing strategies of leading manufacturers on the Czech market. Based on the Survey and Depth Interviews, the author reveals the importance of Smart Phone Brand for Millennials, who are defined as young consumers born from 1984 to 1996. Based on the research, author recommends the marketing strategy which should help manufactures to build a strong Brand and gain Millennials loyalty.

An objective of my work is to analyse a marketing instruments state of retails in a chosen area. This has been done by interviewing and then it has been graphically elaborated. Next objective is to make a depth interview in a chosen retail about its history, market standing, marketing instruments usage and to elaborate an analysis of these facts and to propose an improvement recommendation.

Bachelor's dissertation Social advertising deals with the most important instrument of marketing communication mix. At the beginning dissertation focuses on a therm Social advertisement, then describes its beginnings, feeling tone, differences between commercial and noncommercial advertising and the end of the theoretical part describes non-profit organizations. Practical part is dedicated to analysis of two chosen adverts and the main research of respondent's opinions. The end of dissertation is dedicated to evaluation of research and comparison results to initiatory hypotheses. The aim of my dissertation is to give basic information about social advertisement to public. The end of my dissertation is dedicated to the research which detects respondent's opinions of chosen social advertisement.
Psychological aspects of communication in social networks

Main aim of consideration in this thesis is communication in social networks. In theoretical part is its reader informed about meaning of words virtual reality, social networks, and about their individual specifics during communication via Facebook platform. The depth interviews in practical part of this thesis are used for research on motives, which affect individuals in direction of joining and active using of social networking account. The separate depths interviews are done with representatives of each Facebook member groups. The groups are differentiated by age and opinions on Facebook using. The main contribution of research is verification of evident and latent motives, which influence people in the field of joining Facebook community.
