South Bohemian sacral architecture of the late Gothic1450 - 1550 in the Rosenberg domain Mgr. Roman Lavička A group of late-Gothic churches, which keeps attracting our attention, was built in the Rosenberg domain during the reign of the Jagiellon dynasty. Limited archival material, results of dendrochronologic analyses and preserved buildings suggest that it was mainly building maintenance that was in progress in the Rosenberg domain in the second half of the 15th century. In the early 1480s the building of the new pilgrimage church in Kájov (1471/1474- 1485) was coming to its end. And it was only then that big town parish churches in Trhové Sviny, Dolní Dvořiště, Hořice na Šumavě, Chvalšiny and Nové Hrady started being rebuild or constructed anew almost simultaneously. Around 1485 almost twenty religious buildings were being built in the Rosenberg domain. They reflect the increasing economic prosperity and self-confidence of the town and village municipalities, corporations as well as individuals manifesting their wealth, success and strength. From a formal and ideological point of view it is possible to trace down a group of related buildings directly in this initial phase. The subject of this thesis is the analysis of the legal regulation of mutual funds in the Czech Republic. The thesis aims to provide a complex view on the issue. The introductory chapters provide the historic background of mutual funds and demonstrate the legislative evolution of the legal concept and its definition in the Czech Republic. The analytical part is focused on the particular problems of each institution and suggests a possible solution. These chapters point to the complications around the real estate funds and the possible breach of one of the freedoms of the European law. Pro Chlupáčovo muzeum historie Země je připraveno v nejbližší budoucnosti mnoho změn. Nejvíce by jich mělo být spojeno s depozitní částí. Tato práce byla psána jako příručka, na kterou by mohl být brán ohled při těchto obměnách. Měla by sloužit jako plně funkční návod k novému označování sbírkových předmětů, novému systému uložení těchto předmětů a k jejich snadné dohledatelnosti v úložných prostorech. Došlo i k porovnání institucí zabývajících se podobnou problematikou a popsání jejich organizační práce v depozitních odděleních. Zjištěné informace, ať už od kurátorů, z literatury nebo ze zkušenosti autora byly sepsány, abych plnohodnotně navrhl novou katalogizaci a inventarizaci pro CHMHZ. Microclimate and aircondition in spaces the depository

This bachelor´s thesis describes the design of air conditioning in space for the depository. The device is design to provide a suitable microclimate for storage a local mixed collections. The main task of the equipment is ensure a constant temperature and relative humidity in area depositary. Depositary space is served by one air handling unit, which is part of the proposed project. The theoretical part solves different kinds of inventory and their storage requirements. Calculation and project part contains design of air-conditioning units for operate depository. The result of this work is the detailed design work of this equipment.
Certified methodology for textile deposition

The methodology was created for the neeeds of museum workers handling and depositing textile artefacts. The methodology is focused on depositories where textile artefacts are stored. The content is focused on traditional folk clothing from Moravia originating from the period of 1850-1950 and the methodology is specific in this way. It is necessary to emphasize that the folk textile (clothing) was stored in its own way which has to be kept and which some attention should be paid to.

Certified methodology to create permanently sustainable environment for storage of traditional clothing components in depositories

The methodology was created to identify risks related with the environment where artefacts of cultural heritage are handled or deposited. It is intended for museum and open-air museum workers handling textile clothing components and other textile artefacts. The aim was to create a tool to monitor and measure contamination of the environment where artefacts are handled to reduce risks, damage or lifetime decrease of the artefacts as a result of an improper storage conditions. Following described procedures will enable to monitor and decrease the pollution with the aim to protect both exhibits and health of the workers handling them.

This thesis deals with identification and analysis of weak points of current management of National museum's collections and aimes to apply selected logistic technologies and to propose efficient logistic network operating in actual situation of Central depository Terezín II. The issue is handled in connection with moving of the museum collection, which represents not only unique project in the history of modern museum praxis but also an appropriate opportunity for reengineering and improving of existing procedures connected with legal mission of the most important and largest museum institution in the Czech Republic.

The thesis presents an analysis of the area collective investment in Czech republic. The focus is aimed primarily at historic development one of the most important way of saving money in The Czech capital market. The thesis analysis by details the process of formation collective investment by methods named "kupónová privatizace" and principles and guidelines of formation new capital market subjects. The function and purpose change of the subject of collective investment during short period existence was the cause of absences in the Czech legislation. Based on comparing of selected collective investment subject is described the present of collective investment in Czech republic according to law and outlined probable further development and improvement of investment commended assets.
Role of investment companies and funds in czech capital market

This bachelor thesis deals with collective investing in the territory of Czech Republic, as one of the possibilities of capitalization of moneyed resources. First part is focused on basic principles of functioning of investment companies, investment funds and unit trusts. Second part describes specific types of funds in which is possible to invest in Czech. Current situation is analysed in the third part which contains in addition comparison of two largest funds. The aim of this thesis is to characterize particular participants on this market, interpret the present situation and to outline possibilities of collective investing as a financial intermediary.
