Dance school Brno

The theme of The Bachelor's thesis is a design of the dance school in Brno-Zabrdovice area. The project focuses on a contrstruction of a buildingless gap on the crossing of the Milady Horakove and Prikop streets. The goal is to cover up two large areas of adjacent buildings with a new building. The object is divided into two parts. The first one has a better access for the public. Inside there is a large dance hall that can be rented for various events, music school for adults and a cafe with a terrace on the third floor. The second part is a major eight-story building, which includes dance halls of various sizes, locker rooms with their own sanitation facilities and spaces designed either for rent or as the offices of teachers of the dance school. The upper floors are reserved for students‘ accommodation. Each accommodation unit includes a bedroom, a small kitchen, a dressing room and sanitary facilities. The roomes are suited for one or two students. The entire underground floor is used to park cars and store bicycles. There are also technical rooms and a Boiler Room. For the convenience of residents, the building wis designed as a pass-through. There is a small park with leveling staircases located at the back yard. During the summer season, the lawn can be used as a recreation place for students or residents of the city. The entire structure is designed in accordance with the requirements for Immobile use of structures. The multifunctionality of the new building ideally complements the existing educational facilities of the city, such as kindergartens, high schools, grammar schools and universities.
Research of member's satisfaction with quality of services in dance school B-Original Prague

Title: Research of member's satisfaction with quality of services in dance school B-Original Prague. Objectives: The main objective is to determine member's satisfaction with offered sport services. Results were used to make proposal for improve offered services. Methods: Methods, which were used in this thesis, are based on theoretical knowledge, matching with the topic. During the satisfaction research was used quality research group interviews. Results were interpreted by summary protocol. Based on this results was made level of member's satisfaction how organization functions. To gain basic information about running dance school B-Original was made half - structured interview with the owner. Results: Based on marketing research we can state, that dance school B-Original has thanks to high quality services big amount of satisfied members. Proposals for improvement were shown to managers of dance school and they should make situation in dance school even better. International dance school

The thesis consists of a business plan draft for the organization of an International Summer Dance School in Prague. This project is a starting point for a broader vision of an international dance institution. The work is based on a theoretical foundation that is needed to create a business plan. It also covers analysis of competition and analysis of the needs of potential customers.
Personal audit of B-Original dance school

This bachelor thesis is focused on personnel audit of organization in cultural environment -- personnel audit of B-Original dance school. First (theoretical) part contains history of human resource management, its theoretical knowledge and notions, and specifics of culturally based organization. Second (practical) part is based on interview and it contains familiarization with the object of study, analysis of the current sutiation, SWOT analysis and recommendation that the dance school should follow.

Marketing Communications and Efficiency of Marketing Communication of the Dance School Hes

The theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to a review and an assessment of a communication mix and a marketing communication. There are described the particular components of the marketing mix, the attributes of the services marketing and the tools used for the marketing research. The practical part of the thesis is focused on analysis of a current state of the communication of TŠ Hes and its rival companies. The aim of the work is to reveal the weak spots of the marketing communication and subsequently to provide a solution through a realization of particular marketing actions. The main effort is dedicated to improve the ability to attract new clients. The conclusion provides an evaluation of the marketing interventions and additional suggestions for an improvement of the marketing communication of the TŠ Hes.
