This Master´s thesis deals with the analysis of recruitment process in a production company. It contains the recommendation and the new proposals of solution which will be determinate in development of recruitment process. This can be more superior for the development of the whole process and for the company as well.
Job interview

The first part, theory, begins with job analysis. Then searching for applicants and selection of the employees follows. The key topic of the study is focused on the most frequent method of the employee selection - job interview. The advantages of this method are the possibility to assess the applicant's personality more thoroughly and also to check and supplement the information gained by other selection methods. On the other hand some of the disadvantages are the tendency to subjective assessment and the fact that the interview is comparatively time-consuming. In any case the job interview should be also done according to the ethic principles. There are a lot of types of the interview. Interviews differ for example by structure, by the number of applicants or by the formulation and purpose of the questions used during the interview. Each interview consists of the three following parts: preparation, course and evaluation. The practice reveals that the selection process is influenced not only by the setting of the personnel processes but also by the personal approach and expertise of the evaluators. The status of teachers in Czech schools since the early 19th century to the present time

This thesis deals with the development of education of future teachers with a focus on the history of female teachers' education from the year 1869 to the present. The thesis describes life in the 19th century. Mainlythe greatest sociocultural and political changes that occurred in itform the perspective of economy, industry and commerce, as well as from the changing the point of view on a family, home and population health, and finally, from the point of a shifted vision of citizenship, education and emancipation of women. It also focuses on a detailed description of teacher education in the Czech lands from the 19th century to the present, mainly on the period from Hasner's reform of 1869, the First Republic, post-war education and an overview of contemporary education. The thesis pays attention on the beginnings of women's education with a focus on female teachers. It describes the issue of teacher celibacyvalid for the Austro-Hungarian Empire and the first year of the independent Czechoslovak state. It outlines changes in the numbers of male and female teachers, especially in the last 10 years. This diploma thesis focuses on the process of recruitment and selection of new employees in selected companies. The work is structured into theoretical and practical. The practical part deals with mapping the current process of recruitment and selection of new employees. Its part and also the objective of this work is to suggest amendments that could make the process more efficient in future. Suggestions for improvement are based on the knowledge gained in the theoretical part in connection with current process in the company.

Recruitment of the workers to a company

The bachelor thesis is dealing with recruitment of the workers to a company. The main aim is to describe, characterize, analyze and assess process of recruitment as a whole. This thesis is divided into four chapters. The first two chapters are theoretical ones and the third and four chapters represent a practical part. The first chapter includes human resources activities, the second one focuses on job advertisement, job description and job requirements, recruitment process and process of selection including methods of recruitment and methods of selection process. The third part describes recruitment process that is applied in a real company. The last chapter is my assessment and recommendation for the company on the basis of gained theoretical knowledge and my findings.
Discrimination against women of fertile age on the labour market and its impact on the contemporary Czech economy

This bachelor thesis deals with the status of women in fertile age (25--35 years) when looking for a job on the Czech labor market. The main aim is to primarily verify whether there exists a discrimination against women of observed age group and further explore the economic context of this issue. The theoretical basis consists mainly of relevant legislation, theory of economic discrimination and selected experiments dealing with the statistical discrimination. This thesis also presents an analysis of costs associated with the issue and possible ways of its solution. The investigation itself and the data collection have mainly form of experiment which consists of sending fictitious CV's to the real job offers. Its overall results statistically didn't show any presence of discrimination against women. Nevertheless, it was more frequently discovered, in regions with high unemployment rate, where it reached up to 15 %. All of these facts are researched by means of the questionnaires and interviews. The majority of respondents agree that women are significantly disadventaged on the labour market mainly due to their maternity and paternthood. Effective solution of this issue probably lies in the facilitating the harmonization of work and family life.
The chosen instruments of recruiting and selection of the candidates in the present day

In this diploma thesis I describe the instruments of recruiting and selection of the candidates which include the classic format of the curriculum vitae and also social networks like LinkedIn and Facebook The thesis is divided into theoretical part, which is based on books and other online sources, where you can find the definitions of personnel work and management, but also the definition of a worker his working performance and his motivation. The important part explains different ways of recruiting the candidates and the description of instruments which are used, especially the CV and social networks. Analytical part is based on the questionnaire research about the structure and content of the CV according to the point of view of the recruiters. The second part is based in the interviews with recruiters about the usage of the social networks. In the conclusion, there is a summary of the results from the analytical part.
