The negative effects can be prevented by effective and safe hormone replacement therapy. Although subclinical hypothyroidism can be diagnosed solely by blood tests, only 45% of pregnant women in the Czech Republic are currently tested. Thyroid function screening (thyrotropin; TSH) can be accompanied by thyroid autoimmunity testing (anti-thyroid peroxidase antibodies; anti-TPO) to predict increased risk of postpartum thyroiditis. Aims: The aim is to model the cost-effectiveness, budgetary impact and impact on routine practice of the introduction of universal TSH screening (versus the current state of things) and an addition of the universal anti-TPO screening (versus TSH screening alone). The main objective of this thesis is the analysis of the enterprise using quantitative methods. This work includes two parts. The first theoretical part will introduce the basic theoretical concepts that are necessary for understanding the issues . In the second part, Selected Economic Indicators will be used to evaluate the current state of the selected company. At the end of the work, based on the analysis of the current state of the company, i will give suggestions for recommendations for improving the financial situation of the company.

Přehled základních myšlenek a teoretických poznatků souvisejících s problematikou projektového řízení naleznete v teoretické části. Druhá část se zabývá konkurencí, marketingem, udržitelností podniku a také analýzou současné situace. Třetí část zahrnuje návrhy a příspěvky. Jednotlivé techniky, přístupy a nástroje byly vybrány tak, aby byly pro tento konkrétní projekt co nejpřínosnější.

This thesis focuses on a detailed analysis of controlling within XYZ company, with special emphasis on the Procure to Pay process and subsequent cost analysis. The work is systematically divided into four main parts. The first part describes the theoretical knowledge necessary for the subsequent sections. The second part is devoted to describing the company, and the third part deals with the analysis of the current state of controlling, particularly the state of the Procure to Pay process in XYZ company. The final proposal part builds on the previous sections, suggesting measures and adjustments related to the Procure to Pay process and associated costs.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the cost over time of a development project from the perspective of a general contractor. The first part of the thesis is focused on theoretical introduction to the issue. It describes the project life cycle, how to manage risks, types of stakeholders, time and cost planning, as well as types of pricing, the necessary basis for budgeting and sources of project financing. The second part is devoted to the analysis of costs over time, using the developed schedule and cost plan to develop a financial plan. The projected and actual costs are compared. The third part deals with the risk analysis of the project. Recommended measures are proposed for the risks. As a result, the project will be evaluated in terms of cost over time and the real risks encountered during construction

This diploma thesis introduces an analysis and a suggestion for a new usage of a structure, which is located in Stařeč, through the method of highest and best usage, otherwise known as HABU. The first part focuses on explaining terms used in the thesis. Afterwards, methods and their reasonings are explained. The next part introduces suggestions for a new usage of the structure, which are examined by HABU methods, inappropriate suggestions are eliminated. The chosen suggestion reaches the best and highest usage for Stařeč.
