Outsiders in the Works of Tennessee Williams and Sam Shepard

This thesis analyzes characters - outsiders that appear in the plays The Glass Menagerie, A Streetcar Named Desire written by Tennessee Williams and True West and Fool for Love by Sam Shepard. These outsiders are always singled out from somewhere and they have difficulties to fit in a relationship, society or the physical environment in which they are found. They have been outsiders their entire lives, thus the past is as important as the present. These characters were classified as outsiders because they cannot or do not want to fit in a majority, belong to one specific place and adjust to environment. Consequently, they often use various means to fight against the reality that they are not part of instead of accepting it. In the introduction of the thesis I explain that even though there is a gap of several decades between the works of both authors and their style of writing is considerably different, we can still find the similar characters that are lost in reality. In this section of the thesis I also discuss the fact that the way authors describe the characters can be related to their own lives and experiences that formed them. Coaching as a method of increasing work efficiency

The goal of the thesis is not only coaching itself, but the whole process of employee qualities increasing and his subsequent use in the practice in order to increase work efficiency. It focuses on new coaching methods such as confrontation among employees. It highlights sensitive access to the staff and uses The Achieve model as a extension to already used The Grow model. In my thesis I try to change managers and team leaders access to employees, change taking of coaching itself and its benefits. In my thesis I used methods of observation, interview and results comparation. I try to find out how the coaching is used among different job ranks in the biggest branch of one of main banks in the Czech republic and subsequently I apply selected methods

How is mankind grow older, its knowledge about nature, which in it lives, is getting deeper. Unfortunately human brain in itself became short for solving modern problems and we have to help ourselves with computers and modern computerised methods. But computers themselves can not solve the problems. We need to equip them with adequate software. Goal of this work is to compare Octave and Matlab systems in part of compatibility and in the solvings of practical problems.
Evaluation of Ultralight Aircraft Production in the Czech Republic

The final bachelor’s thesis analyses the status of Czech producers of ultralight aircrafts to foreign markets and evaluates their production. It describes the history and emergence of ultralight aviation in the Czech Republic and the emergence of the Light Aircraft Association, which administers ultralight aircrafts. The work contains the definition of light aircrafts, both for the Czech Republic and the U.S. and Europe, also includes a catalogue of ultralight aircrafts from Czech producers. There are examples of the development of the largest Czech producers of ultralight aircrafts and also they are compared to their foreign competitors on the U.S. market of Light-sport Aircraft category LSA.
Multiword expressions in Italian with special reference to the type N da N (ferro da stiro, campo da tennis etc.)

Subject of this bachelor work is studying of compound words and multi-word expressions primarily of type N da N. The work has two parts. Theoretical part deal with definition of compound words and multi-word expressions, their origin, types of classification and their qualities in general. In last chapter is focused directly on type N da N. In analytical part there is a sample of 100 multi-word expressions which is inspected from the point of view of typology of substantives, relations between them, functions and meaning of preposition "da" and then a confrontation with multi-word expressions of this type but with another preposition. The aim of the work si to define the qualities of multi-word expressions primarily of type N da N. Then is necessary to compare these expressions with some similar expressions with another preposition. At last there is a confrontation between free formations and set phrases.
The language of two Baroque preachers, Bílovský and de Waldt

The overall theme of this diploma thesis are homilies entitled to Saint Anna by two baroque homilists, who origin from various language backgrounds. This thesis is divided into two major sections. The first section includes general information about the important baroque preachers {--} with a focus on Bílovský and de Waldt. It also provides valuable information about the contemporary grammars. The first section of this thesis is primarily based on a proven literature theory. The second section of this thesis includes practical analysis of three specific homilies on the phonological and morphological levels. The analysis is based on the theme, style, and lexicon pages of content as well as the confrontation of their means of expression. The objective of this thesis is a comparison of the languages, shown by both preachers through phonology, morphology, and the judgment of a level to which spoken language extends into their language.
