Bank Loans of Enterpreneurs and Possibility of Obtaining in the Czech Republic

The main aim of my diploma thesis is to choose the most sutaible option of loan financing of business activities of individual in simulated conditions. The first part is followed to summary of theoretical knowledges about loans issues which are loan analysis specifically interest, loan application, repayment, protection, risks and types of loans, then loan markets, loan unions and central bank and loans. The second part is aimed to analysis of specific cases of getting loans, morgages and leasing for entrepreneurs and citizens and it´s following evaluation. Then there is comparison of the best options. In conclusion of this part there are analysis and all the results of current situation of getting loans for entrepreneurs in Czech republic.

The aim of my work is to give the reader complete picture of the whole process of requisition of ceded debts as well as tax and accounting aspects. In the second part of my work, I have analyzed the requisition itself. The last part of my work is concerned with possible solutions connected to requisition of ceded debts.

This bachelor's thesis is focused on analysing the options of housing financing in the Czech Republic. In the first instance this bachelor's thesis describes basic characteristics of the property market. Then it shows the options of housing financing by means of financial market tools, especially theoretical and practical aspects of building saving and mortgage credit. I suggest several methods of housing financing for a concrete client. Then I compare the advantages, disadvantages and financial demands of the individual alternates and recommend the optimal solution of housing financing for this client.

Status of a secured creditor in insolvency proceedings Abstract This thesis focuses on the analysis of the insolvency proceedings from the perspective of the secured creditor from its commencement to its conclusion, with the aim of assessing the effectiveness of the applicable legislation and the position of the creditor in the insolvency proceedings. The thesis does not deal with a comprehensive analysis of the position of the secured creditor, but focuses on the key milestones of the insolvency proceedings and related interpretative ambiguities. The interpretation and application of these provisions are often problematic and require a deeper understanding of the basic legal principles of insolvency law. This paper aims to clarify these problematic areas with reference to relevant case law. The thesis assumes that creditor behavior is based on the economic theory of human behavior, which is based on the assumption of rational behavior and the desire to maximize one's own benefit. The thesis consists of five main chapters. The first chapter focuses on the general meaning of creditors in the context of insolvency proceedings and the requirement for their plurality that arises from the definition of the shared goods problem. The Concept Proposal of Crypto-Asset Collateralization Service for FinTech Companies in the European Union

The thesis focuses on the concept of cryptoasset collateralization service for FinTech companies in the EU. An analysis of the external environment using the PEST framework was conducted, including documentary analysis of legislation, evaluation of economic factors, and analysis of crypto investor behavior. A fundamental analysis was conducted to select suitable cryptoassets for use as collateral. Using the synthetic COP method, opportunities, issues, and challenges associated with the concept were identified. The proposed comprehensive service concept ensures profit generation, security, and risk minimization. The goal is to provide a reliable service for FinTech companies in response to the technological shift in the cryptoasset field.

Establishment of pledge in the context of loan financing ABSTRACT The subject of this diploma thesis is the establishment of pledge in the context of loan financing, i.e. the most common way of securing debts of borrowers being business companies arising under the facility agreement in the Czech banking market. In addition to the author's aim to provide a comprehensive analysis of the issues in connection with the establishment of pledge in the context of loan financing, the author aims to further provide analysis of relating issues, being, inter alia, the role of the pledgee as the security agent, the establishment of disposal limitations with the collateral, the purpose of pledge as a condition precedent to the utilisation of a loan, and the comparison with certain other chosen security instruments used in loan financing. Moreover, the author aims to identify and define problematic issues relating to the establishment of pledge that are relevant for loan financing and to provide possible solutions thereto.
