Third part contain suggestion on increasing method leadership this company.

Leisure Time Centre Brno

The objective of this project was to design a complex for leisure time activities. This locality, which is slightly declining to the south, is situated in the city of Brno, in the city district of Nový Lískovec, in the current park between Chironova and Plachty streets. After considering the concept, the object – ordinary square – was easily situated in the center of all pedestrian communications. There was created a small square around this point,which is surrounded by four non-rectangular buildings with unique construction system. Whole set of structures seems to be compact from outter park view, so a visitor will identify the complex division only inside. There are four entrances to the central square in the directions of the initial communications. The complex is structured into four functional units. Through sport, gastronomy, cultural hall for up to commercial spaces. Some of the four objects were designed as two-story. Around the whole square there is a gallery, which provides the acces to the services on the second floor. The gallery is connected to the ground by three vertical communications.

This thesis contains own suggestions for organizing a summer camp for children, staffing, promotion, camp program and economic evaluation. The main objective will be to determine whether this proposal will be feasible.

The thesis focuses on creating a business plan for a travel agency, which will sell tour packages online. The theoretical points of the work necessary to elaborate the business plan, presented in the first part. The second part of the thesis analyzes the internal and external environments. In the third part, the practical part, there is a concrete business plan for establishing an online travel agency and proposals for solutions.

Stress and its management in financial business

This undergraduate thesis is focused on Stress and its management in financial business. At first section of teoretic part I will focus on the issue of stress and its management, where i gradually analyse the definition, concepts, causes of stress development, response on them and overall coping. In the next theoretical part is analysed business and the issue of the profession of financial advisor as entrepreneurs. In practical part, we examine stress and manage it in financial business by means of qualitative research through semi-structured interview. Research is carried out on 6 respondents from the same company. Work reveals the position of financial advisors to stressful situations. It shows the issues of the stressors that affect the financial advisor and how they react to them. The results describe the categories created from text analysis by codes.

This bachelor's thesis proposes a draw of a business plan for a restaurant that should get a new keeper. The main aim of the thesis is to provide a draw of a business plan and extrapolate relevant conclusions. Another aim of the thesis is to make a recommendation based on the judgement of the situation as to whether it is economically profitable to reopen the restaurant or not. The theoretical part explains the term business plan and describes what a good plan should look like. In the practical part it is the draw of a business plan itself that si being put together. After the plan, conclusions, recommendations and other proposals are provided. There the author considers the business plan, its feasibility, practicability and recoverability of investments.
