A web site is often the first point of contact between the user and another person or company or organization, so that in the electronic world, a web site is like a calling card. Ideally therefore, a web site should load relatively quickly to prevent the user from looking elsewhere even before the web site has opened. Also, the web site should have a pleasant design to make it user-friendly, it should display helpful content, be widely accessible and, last but not least, fulfil the aims for which it was created. It is the responsibility of web site designers, programmers and creators to ensure that web sites fulfil their function. A web site audit - either during or after its construction - is the best way of checking that all factors relating to access, use, technical processes and other criteria function correctly. Audit of internet storages

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to execute of online storage audit with standards definition by which the total audit will be conducted and its subsequent evaluation. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part, there are defined basic audit standards and determination of the overall audit procedures. Personally conducted user research is a part of this thesis and is also considered to be supporting mean while determining the standards. The proposed standards are practically applied in the audit. The practical part includes indivi-dual stores audit, a brief description of each store, and an overall evaluation of the audit. The conclusion includes recommendations to forward users and providers. The own contribution of this thesis are standards determination, subsequent audit and its evaluation.
Audit of electronic shop websites

This paper describes the basic methodology of the auditing of web sites and general principles that should be followed by each site. Methodologies focus on the evaluation of technical requirements and graphic design, as well as analysis of the aspects of SEO, traffic and performance. This proposed set of evaluation techniques is then practically applied in the audit of one particular online store and its main competitors. Conclusions and recommendations are drawn from the analysis and these are discussed in the final chapter. These recommendations should help improve the current state of trade. The main contribution of this work is in defining a comprehensive set of essential methodologies that can be effectively applied in practice.
Audit of the board game e-commerce web sites

This thesis deals with the audit of the board game e-commerce web sites. Nowa-days there is a great number of websites of varying quality, so it is necessary to choose between them. The development of the Internet shifted the emphasis from quantity to quality. With this fact comes the topic of auditing web sites. The first part of the thesis concerns with the theoretical bases of audit of web sites in various sections. The second part includes the representation of the mar-ket of board games and its target group. Based on the first theoretical part the evaluation criteria are created, which are used for the audit of seven selected web sides of board games. This audit is evaluated in the next chapter, which then leads into the conclusion of the work in the form of recommendations for changes in order to increase the competitiveness of each evaluated e-commerce.

This bachelor work describes basic guidelines and rules, which should be followed by every successful internet shop. The aim of the work is to gather and record all the important criteria. According to the criteria is analysed specific internet shop and it's competitors on the market. The data are analyzed and according to that the appropriate conclusions are drawn. This work also describes important methods of advertising web pages and basics of web analytics for internet shops. The final part of the work is dedicated to suggestions on internet shop enhancement. These should bring new customers hand in hand with increasing shop's profit.
