Tato práce popisuje základní metodiky auditu webových stránek a obecné zásady, které by měl dodržovat každý web. Metodiky jsou zaměřeny na hodnocení technických náležitostí a grafické podoby, dále pak na analýzu SEO aspektů, návštěvnosti a výkonnosti. Navržená sada hodnotících prostředků je poté prakticky aplikována při auditu konkrétního internetového obchodu a jeho hlavních konkurentů. Z analytické části jsou vyvozeny závěry a doporučení v závěrečné kapitole. Tyto návrhy by měly pomoci zlepšit současný stav obchodu. Hlavní přínos práce spočívá v definování ucelené základní sady metodik, které lze efektivně používat v praxi. This paper describes the basic methodology of the auditing of web sites and general principles that should be followed by each site. Methodologies focus on the evaluation of technical requirements and graphic design, as well as analysis of the aspects of SEO, traffic and performance. This proposed set of evaluation techniques is then practically applied in the audit of one particular online store and its main competitors. Conclusions and recommendations are drawn from the analysis and these are discussed in the final chapter. These recommendations should help improve the current state of trade. The main contribution of this work is in defining a comprehensive set of essential methodologies that can be effectively applied in practice.
