When after 1989 in our country have discovered the first real estate brokers and agents, were more or less a new professions, at times of socialism not existing. Since then have more than 2 decades passed, it will be interesting to compare the current state of the neighboring countries. First I will focus on the close one, Slovakia and then Austria, which belongs to the developed property market. I will look at various options of real estate agents and their functioning in all 3 states. The issue of legal liability of real estate activities will be submitted to the critical analysis and all the lessons learned will bring into mutual comparisons. I will also address the association of Realtors and appraise their position and function in different countries. An interesting part of this work will be determination of public opinion on public awareness of the importance of real estate services, I have made this research through polls.
Applying of the Neuromarketing in Customer Behaviour Analysis
Doležel, Libor ; MBA, Michael Hanzelka, (referee) ; Chalupský, Vladimír (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyze attitudes of costumers towards brands with method of measuring reaction times, respectively with the implicit association test, which is a tool of the neuromarketing. Performance of Real Estate Activities
Zejda, Jiří ; Vyhňáková, Michaela (referee) ; Telec, Ivo (advisor)
This thesis illustrates the real estate environment from a professional and legal perspective. The first part of this thesis will refer to the legislative components and organizations, which affect the development of laws related to the industry. Then, the real estate market will be defined from two angles - a broker's and the competitors, as well as illustrating the differences in the Czech and Slovak markets. A case study will show the process of two property sales. In the first, a family house is sold under normal conditions and in the second, an apartment building is sold under shared ownership. The final segment of the thesis will summarize a research, which was focused on service quality in the Czech and Slovak real estate brokerage markets.
Computer as an Intelligent Partner in the Word-Association Game Codenames
Obrtlík, Petr ; Hradiš, Michal (referee) ; Smrž, Pavel (advisor)
This thesis deals with associations between words. Describes the design and implementation of a system that can represent a human in the word-association game Codenames. The system uses the Gensim and FastText libraries to create semantic models. The relationship between words is taught by the analysis of the text corpus CWC-2011.
Projective space
Štuříková, Blanka ; Zein, Lynda (referee) ; Kristek, Jan (advisor)
The design of the cemetery is based on the findings of the project Projective Space, which analyzes the memories of individuals of their spatial experiences that evoked emotions. Spatial collage as a method of creating an environment which, due to its ambiguity, allows individual interpretation by an individual person and evokes memories, is applied to the design of a cemetery for human composting. After the complete transformation of human remains into fertile land, the grave becomes useless. The dead lose their posthumous address. From a cultural point of view, however, the ritual of burial and the symbolic, mental value of the cemetery play an important role for the relatives in coping with the loss of their beloved. The design works with the culturally conditioned idea of the cemetery as an image of the world. With the disappearance of tombstones and urns, we abandon the concept of a cemetery - the city of the dead and reinterpret it as a cemetery - a landscape made of the dead. Remains in the form of fertile soil become material for modeling of the biodiverse terrain of the cultural landscape, a place that resonates with life.
Knowledge Data Discovery
Jaroš, Ondřej ; Stryka, Lukáš (referee) ; Jurka, Pavel (advisor)
This Bachelor work describes knowledge data discovery. There are in detail described methods of data mining in this text. This work is focusing principally on Associative rules method of knowledge data discovery, applying Apriory algorithm. The purpose of this work was to implement chosen method and verify its functionality on particular sample of data. Application is implemented in Java programming language and the sample of data, used for our method, is saved in XML file. Application doesnt work with classic database, but with XML file. Information needed to run the program is loaded from input (system) XML document. Discovered data are saved to system XML document.
Verification of the Predictive Relationship of Risk Factors on the Child Endangerment
Lipová, Dana ; Jeřábek, Hynek (advisor) ; Soukup, Petr (referee)
The thesis examines the relationship between factors that are considered risky in the area of social and legal protection of children, and the child endangerment, which is a legal reason for a state intervention in the family. The child endangerment was conceptualized based on the child trauma theory. Risk factors were identified by means of a comparative analysis of Czech and foreign instruments of social and legal child protection bodies. The MIMIC model was used to investigate the relationships between risk factors and the child endangerment, which enables comprehensive testing of relationships between several independent variables and one dependent latent variable, which is measured by a set of manifest variables, the model also works with mutual relationships between independent variables. The testing of the model proved that risk factors have a very different degree of influence on the child endangerment, and that it is important to take into account not only their direct influence, but also those mediated through other factors. The model proved that several factors have no influence on the child endangerment. It also follows from the model that it is sufficient to work only with a limited set of key factors when evaluating the child's situation.
One-trial association task as a basic biological model of episodic memory in rats
Radostová, Dominika ; Stuchlík, Aleš (advisor) ; Horáček, Jiří (referee) ; Telenský, Petr (referee)
One-trial association task as a basic biological model of episodic memory in rats Abstract A very important structure in the animal and human brain is the hippocampus. The study one of its many functions, episodic memory, is facing with the limited possibilities of non-invasive methods. In this regard, animal models are helpful. In order to study the individual components of such a complex ability in detail, a new behavioral task testing the association of temporally close but separate stimuli was developed. The test animals were exposed to a sequence of a sound conditioned stimulus and an unconditioned electric shock, between which there was a delay of 2 seconds. 59% of the rats successfully learned the association as well as the correct escape reaction to solve the task. Based on the results, the so-called One-Trial Trace Escape Reaction task could be a very valuable tool for a more detailed understanding of animals' incidental one-trial learning important for episodic memory. Another important phenomenon investigated in this work is the development of new neurons in the hippocampus in adulthood and its influence on learning and flexibility. After blocking the animals' neurogenesis with the temozolomide, the animals' ability to learn to avoid an invisible sector in the active avoidance task was tested....
