Prevention and Control of working Conflicts

This thesis elaborates basic overview of communication tools dealing with the prevention of work-related conflicts. The work examines the conflicts of tax advisers in the course of their practice and identifies gaps in communication. As an integral part of the thesis was made a survey focusing on problems in communication between a tax adviser and client. Based on these findings were suggested measures for improvement.
Use of artefilities in the adaptation of pupils with OMJ to the primary school environment

The diploma thesis "The Use of Art Therapy in the Adaptation of Students with Different Native Languages to the Elementary School Environment" focuses on the utilization and effectiveness of art therapy as the main tool for developing relationships and improving the social climate of the classroom. The aim of the thesis is to propose and verify through research an art therapy program in the fifth grade of elementary school. The theoretical part introduces the specifics of students with different native languages, particularly their Adaptation to a new environment as well as the preparation of all presently studying students in the class and the school as such for the arrival of a student with a different native language. The theoretical part also defines art therapy as a separate field of science subject, its focus, and its contribution to education. The practical part presents ten art therapy sessions aimed at developing prosocial behavior, assertiveness, and socially acceptable behavior not only among Czech students but especially among students with different native languages and war refugees. The success of the program is verified through pre - and post-testing and subsequently interpreted by the author of the thesis. Klara, B. Behavioural competencies in the project management. Bachelor's thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2018 The bachelor thesis is focused on the behavioural competencies in the project management, terminology definition and specification of modern approaches in project management. Thesis was divided into two parts. The first part consists of a theoretical part which describes the basic concepts of project management. Furthermore this part focuses on the abovementioned behavioral competencies and their description. The second part of the thesis is an analysis of the obtained sources based on a questionnaire survey of selected sample of project managers. The conclusion of the thesis interprets suggestions as well as recommendations for project management area in conditions of identification behavioral competencies.
Media manipulation at primary school and defence against it

This diploma thesis engage in the manipulation aimed at primary school children, especially manipulation of commercial and its effect on the child recipient. The theoretical part of thesis defines terms manipulation, media and advertisement, as well as media education in the current curriculum, in the general educational program and in the textbooks for 1st primary schools. The empirical part of thesis is divided into the methodical unit and experimental unit. The methodical unit describes the implemented project for advertisement and defense against media manipulation. Observations took place during the project, the results of this observation are described in the experimental unit. It is included questionnaire survey and its analysis. The last part of this thesis is concept of methodics, which outlines strategies to help prevent the possible manipulation.
Communication in healtcare with orientation on ambulatory treatment

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to find out the most frequent causes of conflicts in ambulant components. It was further investigated if there is any influence or whether the appearance and behavior of a nurse has any impact on a problem behavior of a patient. The last goal was to determine how to prevent these conflicts in the area of ambulant components. The theoretical part is focused on definition of the concept of communication and its characteristics. I have focused on the types of communication and emphasize its importance in the profession of a nurse. It is followed by personal characteristics of a nurse. Assertive behavior, which can help to improve the communication between a nurse and a patient, is also mentioned. The empirical part describes a quantitative method of the data collection by questionnaires. The administration of questionnaires, their return and mathematical processing of the data are also described. All is followed by the results and their interpretation. At the end of the thesis there is an evaluation of the formulated hypotheses that have emerged from the objectives of the thesis.
