Preparation of the implementation of the relaxation center in Moravany

The aim of the thesis is to develop a construction technology project for the implementation of a relaxation center in Moravany. The work includes the preparation of a technical report on the construction technology project, the coordination situation of the construction with wider relations of transport routes, the time and financial plan of the construction – object, the study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the construction object and the construction site equipment project. Furthermore, the work deals with the design of the main construction machines and mechanisms, the time schedule of the main construction objects, the plan for securing material resources and technological regulations. Technological regulations are focused on the implementation of a green roof and a ventilated facade. A quality control and test plan was developed for the implementation of the green roof. Last but not least, the work includes a calculation according to THU, an itemized budget of the main building objects, a scheme of the piloting process, an assembly scheme and an OHS plan.
Hall for Metal Production with Administrative Building

This diploma thesis deals with the design of a metalworking shed with its adjacent administrative center. Both objects are statically independent. The buildings are located in the town of Bučovice. The dimensions of the shed are 54,78x72,58 m. There is an overhead crane situated in the middle wing. The shed‘s height is +11,62 m. The administrative building has L-shaped plan. Its dimensions are 27,62x8,13 m (the wider part is 15,63 m). The design of the administrative object has two variants. Both variants have composite steel-concrete ceiling structure. The heights of the objects are +11,20 m (A variant) and +18,20 m (B variant). For the A variant, drawings were also drawn up with the design and assessment of structural details and anchoring.
Construction-technological project of administrative building Dukelská

The subject of this diploma thesis is a construction technology project for an office building Dukelská in Brno. The content of the work is a technical report to the construction technology project, design of transport solutions, time and financial evaluation of the construction, project for a construction site equipment, design of a machine assemblies. For the selected construction phase a technological specification and check and test plan is designed. The work also deals with environmental and safety risks, draft contract for work and alternative technologies of vertical structures.
Police district department of the Czech Republic, Brno-Černovice

The subject of the master thesis is design of a new detached office building for public administration of Czech Republic Police as a district department in Brno-Černovice. It is presented as a form part of project documentation for a building construction. The building has a cellar and two above-ground floors. It is founded on a strip foundation and pads. The building is roofed by green roof. There are office rooms, sanitary facilities, archives, interrogation rooms, pre-trial detention cells, garages, storage rooms and dog cages in the above-ground part. In the basement, there are technical facilities and shooting range backround. Structural system of the building is wall longitudinal masonry system from clay blocks. The ceiling structure is from cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The part of the building is with ventilated facade a nd rest is insulated with contact thermal insulation.
Energy efficient office building with gym and wellness Kostka

The master thesis describes a complete design of an office building, including its technical equipment. The building's technical equipment contains HVAC, lighting, DHW and photovoltaics design, water demand. The building has two floors. It contains offices, a bistro with a lounge, a wellness area and two gyms, a children's playground and facilities. This master thesis is divided into three parts. Firstly, the thesis presents building documentation with an engineering and an accompanying report. Secondly, the thesis introduces the design of the building's technical equipment and engineering reports. Lastly, the results of a conducted experiment are presented. In this experiment, a system for the optimization of blind tilt angle is proposed.

The master thesis „ Administrative object“ is processed as a project for building construction. The object is situated on plots No. 651/1 and 652/1 in the Brno. The building is designed to use for administration, 1 st floor is used for gallery, sweet-shop, newspaper shop and garrage. The house hasn´t cellar, it has 3 aboveground floors. The skeleton of construction is designed from reinforced concrete, walls are from brick-walled POROTHERM. Roofing is designed from reinforced concrete board. The building will be roofed with arched trusses with metal roofing. In 2nd and 3rd floor are situated offices, meeting rooms, conference halls and social background. The work includes the study of building and heat considerations.
Office building with storage area

The theme of the bachelor thesis is a new building of an administrative building with a storage hall, which will primarily serve for storage in the village of Troubsko. This work is aimed at elaborating project documentation for construction work. The building is non-basement with three above-ground floors. The construction is designed from the Porotherm system with prefabricated ceilings made of prestressed Spiroll panels. The storage hall will be made of a steel skeleton, single-skinned with sandwich panels. The roof is on the top of 2.NP flat single-layer with top layer on parts of concrete pavement on rectifiable targets and vegetation parts. Above the 3rd floor there is a flat single-layer roof with a top vegetation layer and above the storage hall there will be a flat roof with a classical layout of layers with a top layer of PVC foil. The object is functionally divided into 2 parts. The administrative part is primarily used as a base for employees of the production hall in the 1st floor, in the 2nd floor and 3rd floor there are offices. The storage hall will then serve mainly for storage purposes and dispatch preparation.
Reinforced concrete load bearing structure of administration building

This bachelor thesis deals with the static solution of the loadbearing reinforced concrete structure of the administrative three-storey building. Specifically, the most loaded inner column on the ground floor and the point-supported, two way, reinforced concrete floor slab above the ground floor with a circumferential shear beam are solved. The structure is designed and checked for the ultimate limit state according to standard ČSN EN 1992-1-1 ed2, including the Z1 amendment from May 2016.
Ventilation and cooling of administrative building

The Bachelor thesis introduces a design of ventilation and air-conditioning equipment for an administrative building. The function of the device is to create a high-quality internal microclimate. The system ventilates the building and covers heat losses and gains caused by ventilation. In summer, cooling of the selected rooms is provided by the refrigeration circuit. The theoretical part of the thesis distinguishes between different types of air-conditioning systems, it describes the types of refrigerants and deals with the limitation of refrigerants in connection with the protection of the environment. The computational part deals with the complete design of ventilation and air conditioning equipment, including the necessary calculations. The last part of the thesis introduces the project itself.
Office building with production hall

The aim of this diploma´s thesis is to design steel-concrete structure of the office building and steel structure of production hall situated in Moravské Budějovice. The dimensions of the office building are 48,0 x 60,0 meters and height is 17,0 meters. The main constructional material is S 255 steel and C30/37 concrete. The load bearing structure of the hall consists of the columns, primary and secondary beams. The axial distance of columns is 6 meters (5 meters). The dimensions of the production hall are 24,0 x 60,0 meters and height is 12,0 meters. Inside the production hall is craneway. An analysis of two solutions of the supporting structure was performed. The first variant is consists of rigid frames. Truss girder in the second variant is an alternative solution. Both variants were compared and the amount of steel was found. The selected option was developed in greater details with static calculation, drawings and material report. The static analysis of the main load bearing parts of the structure is processed. The calcuation were made in accordance with the European design codes.
