Cílem diplomové práce je vypracování stavebně technologického projektu pro realizaci relaxačního centra v Moravanech. Práce obsahuje zpracování technické zprávy ke stavebně technologickému projektu, koordinační situaci stavby se širšími vztahy dopravních tras, časový a finanční plán stavby – objektový, studie realizace hlavních technologických etap stavebního objektu a projekt zařízení staveniště. Dále se v práci řeší návrh hlavních stavebních strojů a mechanismů, časový plán hlavních stavebních objektů, plán zajištění materiálových zdrojů a technologické předpisy. Technologické předpisy jsou zaměřeny na provádění zelené střechy a provětrávané fasády. Pro provádění zelené střechy byl vypracován kontrolní a zkušební plán kvality. V neposlední řadě je součástí práce propočet dle THU, položkový rozpočet hlavních stavebních objektů, schéma postupu pilotáže, schéma montáže a plán BOZP. The aim of the thesis is to develop a construction technology project for the implementation of a relaxation center in Moravany. The work includes the preparation of a technical report on the construction technology project, the coordination situation of the construction with wider relations of transport routes, the time and financial plan of the construction – object, the study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the construction object and the construction site equipment project. Furthermore, the work deals with the design of the main construction machines and mechanisms, the time schedule of the main construction objects, the plan for securing material resources and technological regulations. Technological regulations are focused on the implementation of a green roof and a ventilated facade. A quality control and test plan was developed for the implementation of the green roof. Last but not least, the work includes a calculation according to THU, an itemized budget of the main building objects, a scheme of the piloting process, an assembly scheme and an OHS plan.
