Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh novostavby samostatně stojícího administrativního objektu sloužícího veřejné správě Policie ČR, jako obvodní oddělení v Brně-Černovicích, ve formě části projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Jedná se o třípodlažní částečně podsklepený objekt se dvěma nadzemními podlažími a jedním podzemním podlažím, založen na základových pásech a patkách, zastřešený vegetační plochou střechou. V nadzemních podlažích jsou řešeny kancelářské prostory, hygienické zázemí, archiv, výslechové místnosti, cely předběžného zadržení, garáže, skladovací prostory a kotce. V podzemním podlaží je umístěno technické zázemí a prostory tunelové střelnice. Konstrukční systém je stěnový, podélný, zděný z pálených cihelných bloků. Nosné stěny podzemního podlaží jsou monolitické železobetonové. Stropní konstrukce jsou taktéž monolitické železobetonové. Vnější povrch obvodových stěn na části objektu je řešen, jako provětrávaná fasáda se zateplením a část jako kontaktní zateplovací systém. The subject of the master thesis is design of a new detached office building for public administration of Czech Republic Police as a district department in Brno-Černovice. It is presented as a form part of project documentation for a building construction. The building has a cellar and two above-ground floors. It is founded on a strip foundation and pads. The building is roofed by green roof. There are office rooms, sanitary facilities, archives, interrogation rooms, pre-trial detention cells, garages, storage rooms and dog cages in the above-ground part. In the basement, there are technical facilities and shooting range backround. Structural system of the building is wall longitudinal masonry system from clay blocks. The ceiling structure is from cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The part of the building is with ventilated facade a nd rest is insulated with contact thermal insulation.
