Apartment building

A subject of bachelor thesis is a new apartment building and the processing of the design documentation for construction. The apartment building is located in a quiet part of a town Zubří, near the city center. The surrounding area consists mainly of apartment buildings. This object is detached with a cellar and four floors. There are spacious maisonettes in the third and fourth floor, which have terraces in the fourth floor. A car park is located close to the building. In immediate proximity there is established a wheelchair access to the object via an outdoor lift. Vertical supporting structures in the above-ground floor are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm, in basement they consist of blocks of permanent formwork. The horizontal structures are prefamonolithic, they are made of ceramic beams and ceramic inserts Miako. The building is based on concrete foundation strips and the top of the building is a warm flat roof.
multifunctional building

The subject of this diploma thesis is structural and constructional design of a new multifunctional building in Spišská Belá. It is a new detached building structure with one basement floor and three above-ground floors, designed on a plot number 1859 in cadastre unit Spišská Belá. The designed building is constructed of clay masonry system with contact thermal insulation and supported by strip foundations. Ceiling constructions of above-ground floors are made of prefabricated components. The basement ceiling is made of reinforced concrete. Object is roofed by saddle roof set on wooden roof truss. There are four three room flats, one accessible flat, bicycle shop and flats facilities, situated in the building. The focus during development was on wheelchair access.
Newly-Built Detached House in Dětmarovice

Bachelor´s thesis is focused on new detached house. The detached house is located in the cadastral area of Dětmarovice on the plot number 1560/2. The land for the building is slighty sloping. The locality of the house is located in built-up areas by others detached houses or houses for family recreation. Entry to the land is from the local road. The detached house is designed as a single-storey building with an attic and partially basement. Next to the house is located a garden shed and covered parking space. The house is of rectangular shape with a saddle roof. The vertical structural stability system of the house are ceramic blocks and concrete blocks in the basement. The horizontal structural stability system of the house is the ceramic-concrete ceiling. The roof structural stability system of the house is wooden roof trussing. The roof of the covered parking space and the garden shed is flat and is made of concrete panels. The facade of the building is white. The garden shed facade is wooden. The house is designed for 5 persons. There is a separate accessible flat accessible from the common entrance. This accessible flat is designed for one person on a wheelchair. This flat has accessible bathroom and separate room with a kitchenette.
Apartment building

The subject of bachelor thesis is creating a design documentation for constructing an apartment building with nearly zero energy consumption. The apartment building is designed as a building with four above-ground floors and a basement. There are 10 dwelling units within the building from which one is adapted for disabled person (accessible flat). In the basement of the building are 6 individual parking spaces, technical utilities of the building and a storage space for each dwelling unit. Roofing of the building is deigned as a green warm flat roof which can be used as relax area for residents of the apartment building. From construction side the building is designed as double-sided wall structural system made from clay blocks with cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor.

The topic of the master's thesis is the design new multi-functional building. The aim is to develop detailed documentation for construction. The work includes studies, drawings, text and part of the calculation. The building is located in undeveloped land in sloping terrain. It is detached building with four floor above the ground and one underground floor. The building has commercial premises and eleven flats, one of which is accessible flat. There are also seven separate garages on the underground floor. The basisc are made from contrete strips. The house is made by a brick technology of a ceramic blocks. The external walls are insulated with certified contact thermal insulation system. The building is roofed with warm flat roof.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a new apartment building and the process of documentation of implementation of building an apartment house in Veľký Biel, area Malý Biel, cadastre unit Senec. The apartment building is located in a quiet part of a town, near the lake. This object is detached with a cellar and three floors. The object consist of five dwelling units, from witch two was designed for accesible usage. Vertical supporting structures in the above-ground floor are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm, in basement they consist of blocks of permanent formwork blocks. The object is based on concrete foundation strips and roofed with warm flat roof.

Content of the Diploma thesis is the design documentation a block of flats with trade gallery in Tábor. The design documentation and annexes of diploma thesis are elaborated according to present valid laws, goverment´s restrictions and standards. This object is located on plot no. 1457/33 and 1457/1 cadastre unit Tábor. The building is situated in area designated to housing development. Next to the land are there public infrastructure. The apartment building is divided into 20 flats including one accessible flat and café for 60 customers and max 5 employees. Flats are located from second floor except accessible flat, which is in grounfloor. In grounfloor is common storage area and utility room. Building has four (above-ground) floor. Object is dimensioned 31,7 x 25,2 m and high 13,6 m.The object is builded on finished grade. Load-bearing structural systém is from hollow bricks. Building has flat roof and whole object is thermal insulated.
Apartment house

The aim of this bachelor thesis is creation of design documentation for notification of structures said in Paragraph 104 (1) (a - e) of the building act, or for issuing of building permission for apartment building in cadaster unit of city Brno-Bystrc. The building is located on the outskirts of city to be built-up are set for habitation. The chosen parcel of land number 2632/3 is relatively flat. The apartment building will be built in where are the apartment buildings from second half of 20th century are standing. Most of the buildings were modernized lately. The new building is place in the middle of the parcel and won’t intrude original development look. The object is designed as apartment building with seven above – ground floors without cellar. In the building there are 14 apartments, two flats on each floor. Twelve flats are defined for three or four membered families, remaining two flats located on the ground floor are designed as accessible apartment for two people with reduced mobility and orientation. These two flats have reserved parking space in garage. Because it is necessary to have enough parking spaces for whole apartment building there will be create car park with pavement on the parcel. Structural system of the building is wall masonry system made up of clay bricks. Floor structure is designed from large-dimensioned filigree floor slabs because of low time requirement.
Apartment Building in Jablonné nad Orlicí

At the almost flat plot number 411/3, cadastre unit Jablonné nad Orlicí was designed a new apartment building with an service establishment. Local zoning plan of the village defines the plot as a buildable area. The building has one basement and three floors. There are 7 dwelling units and a hairdresser's in the building. The living area and the service establishment have separate entrances. The building is designed with wheelchair access. On the first floor there is an accessible two-bedroom flat with kitchenette and hairdresser's, on the second floor there are two two-bedroom flats with kitchenette and two studios apartment, on the third floor there are two three-bedroom flast with kitchenette. In the basement there is cellar boxes and technical facilities of the building. The foundations are made of a system of foundation strips made of plain concrete, external wall of floors is walled with clay blocks and insulated with external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS). Staircase and floor structures are made of reinforced cast-in-place concrete. The building is roofed with a non-walkable flat roof.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the construction of a family house. The house is designed in the outskirts of Kostelec na Hané. The detached building consists of three above-ground floors, a basement, a live-in attic and a gable roof. The house has three apartment units, one on each floor. The ground floor apartment is barrier-free. In the basement there is a garage with three parking spaces, technical facilities and storage units. The structure of the building is a system of ceramic blocks Porotherm with ETICS insulation. The roof consists of a wooden truss and ceramic tiles, thermal insulation is with mineral wool. The foundation is made of plain concrete strips. The main entrance and common staircase is on the north/northwest side. The main habitable rooms are oriented to the south and west. Additionally there is a parking lot for occasional parking designed on the plot.
