Na téměř rovinném pozemku parc. č. 411/3, k.ú. Jablonné nad Orlicí byla navržena novostavba bytového domu s provozovnou. Územní plán obce vymezuje pozemek jako zastavitelnou plochu. Objekt má 1 podzemní a 3 nadzemní podlaží. V objektu se nachází 7 bytových jednotek a provozovna kadeřnictví. Obytná část a provozovna mají samostatné oddělené vstupy. Objekt je navržen s bezbariérovým přístupem. V 1.NP se nachází bezbariérová bytová jednotka 2+kk a kadeřnictví, v 2.NP dvě bytové jednotky 2+kk a dvě bytové jednotky 1+kk, v 3.NP dvě bytové jednotky 3+kk. V 1.PP jsou umístěny sklepní kóje a technické zázemí objektu. Základové konstrukce jsou provedeny systémem základových pasů z prostého betonu, obvodové zdivo nadzemních podlaží je vyzděno z keramických tvárnic a zatepleno kontaktním systémem ETICS. Schodiště a stropní konstrukce jsou železobetonové monolitické. Objekt je zastřešen plochou nepochozí střechou. At the almost flat plot number 411/3, cadastre unit Jablonné nad Orlicí was designed a new apartment building with an service establishment. Local zoning plan of the village defines the plot as a buildable area. The building has one basement and three floors. There are 7 dwelling units and a hairdresser's in the building. The living area and the service establishment have separate entrances. The building is designed with wheelchair access. On the first floor there is an accessible two-bedroom flat with kitchenette and hairdresser's, on the second floor there are two two-bedroom flats with kitchenette and two studios apartment, on the third floor there are two three-bedroom flast with kitchenette. In the basement there is cellar boxes and technical facilities of the building. The foundations are made of a system of foundation strips made of plain concrete, external wall of floors is walled with clay blocks and insulated with external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS). Staircase and floor structures are made of reinforced cast-in-place concrete. The building is roofed with a non-walkable flat roof.
