This bachelor thesis deals with analysis of the construction work offer price. The theoretical part describes building life cycle, building prices, budgeting and types of contracts. The practical part is focused on conditions and process of specific public order awarded by the Zlín Region. There are elaborated alternative solutions for selected sections of itemized budget in order to reduce the offer price of the company which didn´t win the competition because of too high price. Budget of the losing company is available for the practical part.

Funding of a construction order by supplier

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the specifics of acquisition, preparation and realization of a construction order by supplier. It deals with different types of orders, forms of funding and invoicing, individual parts of a Contract for work, forms of financial guarantees for a trouble-free realization of an order as well as a submission and assumption of product. The aim of the work is to analyse a realization of a specific order, form of funding and payments for a submitter and subcontractors. At the end of this bachelor’s thesis is an offer of suggestion for a possible change with a funding of an order and analysed its impingement on a total price.

The offer price of building

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the building for which a tender for a contractor. The theoretical part deals with pricing during the life cycle of a construction project. In the practical part I have also given an alternative material solutions specified project documentation and I set the final offer price to the investor. The Offer Price is set to the original specifications, and my proposed alternative solutions.

This thesis aims at describing options of cost division and its use within optimalization of financial accounting and its transformation into management accounting, which allows accounting units to get relevant information for decision especially in the area of financial management. Thesis is focused on building industry, which is characterized by several specifics including high level of cost division and long life cycle of the contract. This thesis shows, that even simple cost allocation method can lead to more effective monitoring of individual contracts budgets, which is mainly connected with statutory obligation to keep the books with application of standard financial statements

The aim of this thesis is to describe the basic digital advertising agency employee workflow, to describe the various stages of the process and related sub-tasks referring to the project as a whole. Thesis compares the classical and modern approaches to management practice and leads to defining the most useful of those. Relative to social, cultural and technological drifts, it describes the most typical specificities for digital media sphere.

Práce se zabývá otázkou strategických zakázek a jejich zadávání v zadávacím řízení podle zákona o veřejných zakázkách. Vzhledem k tomu, že v českém právním řádu v současné době neexistuje zákonná definice strategických veřejných zakázek či zakázek strategického významu, považuje tato studie pro účely vlastního textu za strategické takové zakázky, kde předmětem plnění jsou dodávky, služby či stavební práce, které zajišťují bezpečnost, fungování a infrastrukturu země. Zvláštní důraz je pak kladen na zakázky na dodávky vojenského materiálu a na výstavbu jaderných elektráren. Důležitou součástí práce je podrobnější analýza platné právní úpravy, která se na předmětnou otázku vztahuje, a to jak na úrovni národní, které je věnována největší pozornost, tak i na úrovni evropské a mezinárodní. Účelem závěrečné kapitoly je posoudit z právního hlediska konkrétní možnosti a nástroje státu při přidělování zakázek strategického významu, tedy zejména v případech, kdy se stát snaží ochránit své základní politické a bezpečnostní zájmy.

Strategy of company focused on information systems development

My bachelor thesis is focused on the strategy of company, which designs, develops and tests information systems and applications. The main goal of my thesis is analyzing the strategy of such a company, and making a comparison with the related literature. The thesis also concerns the management of IS/ICT projects and compares the theoretical basis with the practical experience. In the preamble, the most interesting facts, mentioned in the related world literature, are elaborated. Then the part, which is marked as The First Part, follows. It includes the analysis of IS/ICT market position of existing IT company. I chose the fields in which is the significant competitive advantage of chosen company. In the second part, three different projects performed by the company, including analyses of success' and losses' critical aspects, are described. In conclusion the results of analyses are compared with the facts mentioned in the literature. The global evaluation is included in this part as well.

Quality system in company Jihočeské tiskárny, a. s.

The goal of the thesis is to assess the quality policy in connection to customer satisfaction in a selected organization through the ISO 9001 standard. The Jihočeské tiskárny (South Bohemian Printing Works) was established in the Fifties after the nationalization and grouping of local Czech and German printing works. During the privatization in the Nineties, Jihočeské tiskárny a.s. were established as a part of the Passauer Neuer Presse Verlag Group. In 2004, Obchodní tiskárny became the majoritary shareholder of JČT, and since 2006 JČT has been part of the printing OTK Group. The process and the system of assessment of customer satisfaction in Jihočeská tiskárny, a.s. is integral part of the company system of quality management. It is a part of the process of Creation and examination of contract in accordance with the company directive Q {--} S 7/1 Creation and examination of contract. The questionnaire that constitutes one of the annexes to the above stated directive (under the name of F 07 {--} Q 009 Questionnaire, as annex No. 9 to the directive) has several parts: assessment of order quality, assessment of satisfaction with order prices, assessment of satisfaction with service conditions provided to the customers, assessment of satisfaction with deliveries and logistic services. The evaluation of customer satisfaction from the point of view of product quality showed where there are problems that must be solved. The causes of most frequently reclaimed or criticized products and defects consist in mixture of products (particularly labels). The causes of displays of dissatisfaction with product prices and with price and payment conditions can be seen in insufficient work with clients and customers. That means particularly approximation of needs, technologies, input materials, principles and rules needed for production to all customers during mutual negotiations. The assessment of satisfaction with service needs and satisfaction with deliveries and logistic services brought not only identification of remarks and critique but also characteristic of causes. The whole process of assessment of customer satisfaction and the very evaluation of customer satisfaction in Jihočeské tiskárny, a.s. depends on the approach to solution of a whole complex of all operations performed and to actions to ascertain specific client satisfaction in the relevant period.

ANALYSIS DURING THE CONTRACT IN TERMS OF CONTROLLING

This graduation theses is focused on order analysis from view of controlling. The title of order was {\clq}qFaktory building X {--} Miličín``. Consumer was company ABC, limited Tábor and supplier was company MABA Prefa, limited from Veselí nad Lužnicí. In forepart I was engaged in theory and abstrakt, which connected with proces of order. In secondpart I described the proces of concrete order in the company MABA Prefa. The order has been assessed on the basis of obtained data. The company made profit.
