Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou nabídkové ceny stavebního díla. Teoretická část popisuje životní cyklus stavby, ceny ve stavebnictví, tvorbu rozpočtu a druhy zakázek. Praktická část řeší podmínky a průběh konkrétní veřejné zakázky zadané Zlínským krajem. Dále jsou vypracovány alternativní řešení pro vybrané oddíly položkového rozpočtu se snahou snížit nabídkovou cenu firmy, jejíž rozpočet byl pro praktickou část k dispozici, a která zakázku nevyhrála z důvodu příliš vysoké ceny. This bachelor thesis deals with analysis of the construction work offer price. The theoretical part describes building life cycle, building prices, budgeting and types of contracts. The practical part is focused on conditions and process of specific public order awarded by the Zlín Region. There are elaborated alternative solutions for selected sections of itemized budget in order to reduce the offer price of the company which didn´t win the competition because of too high price. Budget of the losing company is available for the practical part.
