Second part of this thesis is focused on firm El-Port, concretely there is mentioned basic overwiev and description of firm's activities. Current state analysis is also included in this part and it is a main resource for marketing strategy proposal. Final proposal of marketing strategy is described in the last part of this thesis.

The work defines the basic, but also broader facts and circumstances of the company's origin, both legally and managerially and technically. These concepts, requirements and plans will serve the com- pany for its creation and subsequent implementation. The content includes condition ana- lyses and calculations together with suggestions for solutions that will help the company to operate and develop.
Use of Radio-Frequency Identification in the retail and wholesale operations

The bachelor thesis deals with the utilization of radio frequency identification (RFID) technology for goods. Methods of automatic identification, specifically barcode technology and RFID, which are crucial for this work, are described. Based on these findings, the possibility of implementing RFID technology in a selected company is examined. This business entity sells textile goods and currently uses automatic identification through barcodes for labeling and tracking goods. The sources of information include in-depth interview with the owner of the company, a questionnaire survey with significant customers of the company, and offers from suppliers of new technologies. Furthermore, measurements of the time required for goods checking in the company's wholesale warehouse are conducted. Based on the gathered data, cost calculations, potential savings, and an assessment of the benefits of implementing the new technology for the company and its customers are performed. Finally, a recommendation is made, whether to switch to RFID technology for goods identification or to continue using the existing technology, based on the analysis.
