Regional differences in labor productivity

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of regional differences in labor productivity in the selected sector - Industry, mining and quarrying divided according to the CZ - NACE classification, including the analysis of the selected plant of the company LB Minerals, s. r. o. and, on the one hand, labor productivity itself, the possibilities of measuring and defining factors that can influence both regional and corporate labor productivity. The measurement possibilities are further applied to the analysis of the Southwest region, the plant of the company LB Minerals, s. r. o. and the economic activity that prevails in the entire company. At the end of the practical part, a correct comparison and subsequent assessment of labor productivity in relation to the Southwest region is made, including the effect of labor productivity on the profitability of the company and the relationship between labor productivity and average wages.

Basement model of the house in Revit

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to make a model of basement of a slab block in software Revit Architecture. In the theoretical part of my thesis my aim was to make out chapters of methodical manual. The thesis mainly mentions chapters concerning how to use the work environment, preparatory work for modelling, creation of walls, building foundations and graphical outputs. Work with point cloud is outlined in the thesis as well. Solution of discrepancies between bases which was found out during work is also described.

Analog I/O card with Ethernet

The aim of my master‘s thesis was design of analog measuring card with generator and Ethernet interface, based on RCM3200 Rabbit Core module. I described this module, introduced the conception and the design of the measuring card. In appendix I stated design of schematic, design of board. I tested functionality of the measuring card.

Effectiveness Assessment Options for the "Ve dvou se to lépe táhne" Mentoring Program

This diploma thesis is focused on measurement of effectiveness of the one to one peer coeval mentoring programme "Ve dvou se to lépe táhne" that was designated for youth at risk. The main goal of the thesis is to choose an appropriate way how to measure programme effectiveness and verify the possibility to integrate it with the methodology of the programme. In the introduction of the theoretical part of thesis there are given the definitions of adolescence and changes related with this age, circumstances that threaten youth at risk and the list of programmes, available in the Czech Republic, for youth at risk. Moreover there is introduced the program "Ve dvou se to lépe táhne" and possibilities for evaluation of the programme in particular from the impact on clients point of view. Practical part gives information about the chosen evaluation method and its modification corresponding with particularities of the programme, further describes the implementation stage of the method and finally a pilot version of the modified method on the basis of created questionnaires is assessed.

Art Education and key competencies.

The diploma thesis deals with the influence of art education on the development of key competences within the curriculum for the elementary school. The thesis explores the potential of this discipline and the possibility to apply it to the development and strengthening of cognitive functions, self-confidence, social and communication skills in children in the elderly school age. The first theoretical part focuses on the concept of art education and its present currents in relation to both the changing educational content and some of the problems encountered in common school practice. Particular attention is paid to the animo-centric approach to which the author reports, and at the same time he feels the need to define the boundary between developing competencies and solving specific problems of individual pupils or classroom dynamics, between artefiletics and activities that approach their approach to artetherapy. The second part elaborates the findings of in-depth interviews with experts in pedagogy and psychology that describe the experience with artefiletics, artetherapy and pedagogical work in school and their potential to develop key competencies. Labour Productivity of a Company and its Rating

This bachelor thesis examines and analyzes the progression of labour productivity in a selected company. Labour productivity is important for business to monitor for efficiency. It measures the spent inputs and obtained outputs. Growth in labour productivity is important for a business, because if productivity increases, it means that the company uses its inputs efficiently. The aim of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate the possibilities of measuring labor productivity and factors influencing its size and development. The first part of the thesis deals with the characteristics of labor productivity, new approaches to labor productivity management and also deals with the description of profitability indicators. The next part describes important methods of calculations used in the practical part of the thesis. The practical part as first characterizes the selected company and then graphically shows and compares different growth rates. It also examines productivity based on production or value added and also it examines the development of individual profitability ratios.
