The theme of Christmas mediated in kindergarten through the work with a book

This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of Christmas mediated to children in kindergarten through work with a book. The theoretical part is focused on explaining the terminology, namely the concepts of reading, reading literacy, and reading pre-literacy. The following chapters reflect the areas that need to be developed in children, so that they can read well, with understanding and with joy in the future; the chapters reveal the influence that fairy tales have on preschool children and how emotional intelligence can be developed with reading pre-literacy. As kindergartens must follow the Framework Education Programme for Preschool Education, one of the chapters is also devoted to the analysis of this document in connection with the topic of this thesis. Since the development of the reading pre-literacy is built through reading strategies and RWCT methods, they are discussed in the theoretical part. Also, the lessons presented in the practical part used the reading strategies and the RWCT methods. The theoretical part concludes with a chapter about annotations of selected quality children's books on the Christmas topic. The bachelor thesis deals with exploring the spiritual reflection of advent and the Christmas period in the poetic literary work, but also in the life of the poet and painter Bohuslav Reynek. The aim of the thesis is to gain a deeper understanding of the issue and to penetrate the spirituality of advent and Christmas through the person and poetic work of Bohuslav Reynek, based on the Roman Catholic Christian pre-understanding. The main tool is the available literature dealing with the issue.
Adventní a vánoční floristika v obchodní jednotce

The subject of this thesis was to study historical and contemporary literature dealing with Advent and Christmas floristry. In the literary part of this work are described the most commonly produced types of Advent and Christmas decorations, types of floristic business units and methods of determining the price of floristic products. Part of the work was to conduct a survey of the production and assortment of Advent and Christmas decorations in two selected floristic business units and the recording of floristic Christmas trends over the past three years. In the practical part of the thesis are summarized the results of the survey of economic demands of selected Christmas decorations, which are supplemented by their own photo documentation.
Russian and Czech Christmas Folk Traditions at the Lessons of Russian Language

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis and detailed description of the basic holidays of the civil year. The theoretical part of the thesis contains the study of the most popular folk traditions, religious rituals and beliefs of the Slavs, the way how Christian church (Catholic and Orthodox) influenced on the origin of fundamental traditions and rituals. There is also a description of the way the major Slavonic holidays are held. Czech and Russian traditions are compared in order to find some basic similarities and differences between them and to analyze the development of the traditions in historical context. Such issues as language pedagogy, intercultural language competence and how to use traditions at Russian lessons at primary and secondary schools are also emphasized in the work. The practical part of the thesis deals with the analysis of some books used for teaching Russian language at Czech schools in order to find out how customs, folk traditions and holidays are described and presented. It also contains the research of the contemporary situation at Czech schools in the form of the testing of the teachers of Russian language and the students of elementary and secondary schools. Orgins and History of the Czech Chrismas Music

The thesis deals with the Czech Christmas spiritual music, wants to point out and pick up her beauty, popularity and popularity across the public and in the circles of the Church and in the wider public. The method is the research the available literature and handouts for this topic, which is evident in the Division of the individual chapters. The introduction will include music and history of music. In the next part we will spend Christmas spiritual music, we close its emergence, history, Christian context, familiar carols and songs and their lyrics with a spiritual focus, some of the selected authors and their works both from the past and from the present. We also in our surroundings, to learn more about the Christmas music of our neighbors, or some European countries. In the next part of the main chapters refer to the positive influence of the Christmas music on the evangelization of pastoration and also on Ecumenism - attitude to Christmas music in some churches, and on its place in the broader public. Christmas and Czech Visual Culture

The main aim of this thesis is to find out how the Christmas holidays are represented in products of Czech visual culture. This representation could have changed in times, based on cultural influences and ideologies and in terms of particular product where Christmas was represented. We'd like to evaluate if the constant representations of Christmas which are anchored in our culture still exist. In theoretical part of the thesis we focus on historical development of displaying Christmas in Czech region. The analytical part of thesis analyses television broadcast of four Czech area-wide channels during Christmas time in 2017 and observes which cultural influences are contained in. Other part of thesis looks into visual culture and pictures. For we mainly focus on television in analytical part, another part of thesis includes information about this media and about particularity of mass media in general. For analysis of media information we've chosen a combination of two type of research: quantitative content analysis and semiotic analysis.
Observance of Traditions and Customs in Bohemia and in Moravia

The dissertation Observance of traditions and customs in Bohemia and in Moravia focuses on issues of Czech and Moravian traditions, customs and holidays, namely on two important holidays Easter and Christmas. These two holidays are the most significant events of ecclesiastical year but they are favourite as well among inhabitants of the Czech Republic, in particular Christmas. Various customs and traditions are handed down from generation to generation and they occupy a significant position in people's lives. In the introduction the terms that are important for this work are explained as well as the significance of traditions and customs for culture, current situation of culture is mentioned as well. This work presents description of the two mentioned holidays in the context of Czech culture. In the second part of this work you can find comparison of selected elements with regard to particular Czech and Moravian customs. Apart from presenting of presented Easter and Christmas customs and their comparison, the work aims to define tendencies which occured and name these tendencies. Bachalor thesis titled Approaching of Christian symbols of Christmas to children in after-school club deals with putting into the general issue of symbols and rituals. Further it focuses on the main symbols, rituals and festivals during Advent and Christmas. In the practical part it describes a method of silence, which helps better understanding of their meaning. It also deals with application of this method of silence and explanation of the deeper meaning of the major symbols of Christmas to children in after-school club.
